"Ticket center allows sellers to double the price of tickets so people who are unaware of different venues and prices will get scammed. They will not allow tickets purchased through them to be resold on their website. The fees to purchase these tickets are also much higher than different websites. DO NOT purchase tickets through ticket center!!!"

Customer service explains that they are being transferred from the seller and I should receive them 1-2 days prior to the date of my event. I purchased as a gift but I have nothing to show and I'm worried about telling the gift recipient because what if the tickets never arrive? While generic, customer service was pleasant, but could not provide me with the tickets I purchased or a refund so I could go elsewhere."
"They resold me tickets at 265% the real price. And the venue does not allow 3rd party resellers, so the tickets were fake. Caught it just before the event and frantically fixed the problem. Spent several hours getting my money back. Oh, and they set up recurring payments on my credit card without mypermission. Low lifes. "
"On August 4, 2023, I clicked on an apparent old website for the Tourist Minor league team tickets that directed me to Ticket Center. I thought nothing of it. I came from an expensive area so ordering tickets for $87.55 a seat didn’t seem unusual. Ticket Center sent detailed instructions to obtain the bar code that didn’t work because I wasn’t on the correct website even though it had the Tourist logo. I called the stadium and learned that the website I was using was old, ticket center was third party (I thought that was the only way to purchase tickets) and the seat I ordered actually cost $17.50. I contacted Ticket Center and they refused to refund my ticket and I filed a dispute with my credit card. "

"Much like so many others, I thought I had a legitimate site. Paid an exaggerated price for two tickets to an Oakland Athletics game against the San Francisco Giants. I assumed the hefty price was due to the Bay Area rivalry and went ahead with the purchase of two tickets behind home plate. I was issued two bleacher tickets for $186.
Customer service refused to provide a refund so I filed a complaint with BBB and will dispute the charge with my CC company. "

"I had a terrible experience. I never received my tickets and I got no refund. I talked to them over the phone and they were unable to tell me why this happened and, after their analysis, they told me that I was not eligible for a refund. I asked to be directed to the department In charge of the analysis, but I was told that they don’t take customer calls.
Even though I called Tickets Center 3 times, they seemed very uninterested to help with my situation. They simply did not care and I lost $185 for one ticket. I will never purchase tickets with them again."
"I Google, my sons university in this website came up top in the Google search with no identification that it was a ticket reseller. I was immediately brought to a webpage with my sons University banner across the top and the game dates listed below. Again, no warning that this is a ticket reseller. I went through the buying process of the tickets without being notified. It was a ticket reseller. I was not tipped off That this was a reseller until I attempted to buy parking tickets. There were no parking tickets available, which was the first time I questioned the legitimacy of this website. I then found out the horrible news that this was a ticket reseller and I could not complete my order including parking tickets. Within minutes I called them to attempt to cancel my order and was told even though legally in this country everyone has 48 hours to get out of any contract I had no legal recourse! Please do not get caught in this scam. "

"Ordered tickets in December 2022 for a concert on March 9th 2023 was to get tickets by email. Didn't receive tickets called in so they changed email to deliver tickets to. Never received tickets! Got an email that ticket transfer was cancelled on March 2nd 2023. Had to purchase tickets from another source to go to concert. Even though they cancelled tickets they are keeping my money for tickets they did not provide saying they have proof they were sent regardless we never received tickets. Have proof where they cancelled yet they are gonna keep my money for something they did not provide. So they are basically stealing my money on a service they did not provide. They are keeping $441.00 for 2 tickets that we did not receive and I call it a scam or theft. I sat on phone with them troubleshooting emails to find tickets twice and did not find them and they cancelled transfer. All I want is my money back for something I paid for and didn't receive. "
