"I recently placed an order for some items that I really wanted for an upcoming golf tournament. The tournament was for the coming weekend and I placed the order on a Tuesday. I paid for two day shipping, but was still nervous my order would not make it in time. I called the 1-800 and spoke to Jeremy regarding my concern. He was understanding and told me he'd place the order immediately and let me know if there were any issues. Jeremy called me back within the hour and left me a message that one of my items was on back order and wouldn't make it by that Friday. I called back with another option from the website and left a message since it was after business hours. Jeremy called me back 10 minutes later to help me find another item in stock that he could ensure would make it to me by Friday. Absolutely incredible customer service.
