"Received my order in a timely manner, but the BEST thing about this company was their CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know NOTHING about golf, other than that my husband plays it all the time. The GPS I ordered had been discontinued. A representative called me with a comparable model, explained the details for me and got my order changed with no problem. When I called to confirm the shipping address (I had had a package from anther company stolen from my porch and wanted to make sure I had used my work address), they called me back right away. EXCELLENT customer service!"
"Overall it was fair. The delivery was very fast. 4 days. The price was good. They almost delivered the right club. I ordered a 9 iron with a regular flex shaft and got a stiff shaft instead. I did call customer service and asked if the S on the shaft meant stiff and they said probably and they would check. They never got back to me. I decided to keep it so I did not pursue the issue. Mixed bag. "
