I received emails all the while keeping me informed of the status, and that a specific flex wasn't available. I called and talked to a gentleman who helped me choose an alternate flex. "Every thing I expected from "The Golf Club" I ordered it on 12/23/09 and it was delivered on 01/07/09. With the Christmas and New Years Holiday I thought it would take a lot longer to arrive. It did not. Great Job!!! I will be back. I tried to buy this bag through e-bay, wasted a week bidding and then tried "buy it now": the bag was over sold and they canceled my order. Thank's to The Golf Club I paid the same price offered on e-bay and I won't be wasting my time on e-bay again.

Made a purchase with them, took multiple email contacts to receive a reply and they originally denied I made an order claiming it was canceled when I was already charged for the order. Also one item was not in stock and it took another 5 emails with most of them not replied back to. Finally after 4 months from the original order they shipped the item and at the same time with a very rude reply as if they claimed to have already shipped me one prior when they never had. Only after an email where I threatened to contact the BBB and my credit card company for fraudulent service did this issue get resolved. Never going to even think of ordering from this terrible store again and will recommend no one does."
