"Ordered a Ping Traverse II golf bag. Very pleased with purchase. Lightweight,quality,versatile, perfect, especially for pull cart use. $30 to $40 cheaper than anywhere else with no tax and free shipping. Can't beat this deal. Thanks. Someone actually commented that they questioned it's quality and durability. You've got to be kidding. Everything PING makes is 1st class."

"I was looking for good deals on last season nike gear when I came across www.teegolfclub.com. I ended up purchasing a few new tw shirts and a ping i25 hybrid. The shirts were exactly what I was looking for and were a few dollars cheaper than anywhere else. The hybrid wasn't planned at all but after seeing an extremely low price, I decided to go for it. It was used as a demo club apparently but I sure can't tell. There are a few scratches on the face as if maybe 10 balls were hit with this club!

While perusing the site I also saw a similar used description for some of those SLDR drivers. After seeing the quality of my hybrid, I think I am going to pull the trigger on one.

I can't say enough good things about my experience and can easily recommend them to anyone!

"I ordered a pair of golf pants for my son. The price was right and it was shipped quickly, however, they sent the wrong size. I obtained RMA and returned the slacks, requesting a credit because my son needed pants right away for his high school golf team. Numerous e-mails and promises and almost 4 months later, still no credit. I wrote review about it and was contacted almost immediately. Within 24 hours, I received my credit. The gentleman that contacted me said this has been a problem and that he was a new employee and they were getting ready to implement a new system for returns and credits. I might order from them again in the future, providing I don't see any bad reviews regarding returns."

"Of all the options for buying golf equipment, there is no need to use this store. The service is THAT bad. Which I do not understand since they do most sales through their online store. I heard about them via word of mouth, and that is how others will her of them...and my review is not a good one. I placed an order for Adidas tour 360 golf shoes...and received the package later than they quoted. OK, no big deal. Except I received the wrong size. Since the place orders directly with Taylormade, that means I had to pay to ship it back to Taylormade using the golf stores RMA number. I had to pay to ship back their mistake. Strike one. I had an exchanging of emails with a rep, and clearly stated that I do not want another pair sent out...I was returning these for a refund. I received a new pair of shoes two days later. Strike two. I managed to get a hold of someone pretty quickly, they apologized and sent a shipping label to me for return, and said once the shoes are received by talyormade, I would get refunded (less the 'restocking fee', but these shoes went to TM not their store?) That was a month ago. I have been emailing back and forth for a month. I even sent them the tracking number delivery confirmation....and they have not replied since then. If something is not done by end of week, I will be opening a claim with my CC company and issuing a complaint with the BBB. End of story...stay away, it is not worth the risk or hassle when a mistake is made, at no fault of your own. They will take you for a ride. "

"I hate to say it but I had a bad experience with their online department. Ordered a couple shirts and gloves -- one shirt was delivered. I was promptly notified via email that the other shirt was out of stock and received a refund.

The problem came with the gloves I ordered. They never arrived. After multiple emails back and forth, they basically said that they had shipped the gloves and I was out of luck. When I requested tracking info to confirm the delivery or take the issue up the the post office they have been unresponsive. I typically don't leave reviews at all (good or bad) but in this case I felt it was appropriate. I never received the gloves never got any attempt at resolution from their internet department.

"Very quick to take your money and very slow to deliver. Waiting 2 weeks for delivery for a supposed drop ship. I'll believe it when I see it. The only thing I can say is they do respond to email which they should do anyway. As of this writing to say I am not impressed would be classic understatement."

"The item has been returned for refund as new condition.
RMA info. and tracking No. were supplied.
Numerous phone calls and emails and 20 weeks later, still no refund. Friendly sales person, but if you need to returned it due to wrong size, DO NOT ORDER FROM The Golf Club.

"Overall on par with most companies. I ordered two golf clubs from The Golf Club (teegolfclub). One a LW and one a SW to match up with my new set of rocketbladez. I ordered them with standard shipping two weeks before a trip I was taking. The LW arrived three-five days later and was in great packaging and was in great condition. However, no one bothered to let me know the sandwedge heads were on a "national backorder" which I only learned after calling them. I also learned it would not be shipped until my trip was beginning. The service I received was about what you would expect from a larger company, they are missing the extra customer service flare that sets you over the top. "

"The item was not in stock when I ordered it, so the order was received later than expected, but the Golf Club compensated the return shipping and handled the customer service very well. Michael was very helpful in the return! Items are low priced, and the service is superb!"
