"I ordered my couch December 4th. Shipping tracking showed it would be here before Christmas. New year's goes by and I finally call the company. They say it's in a warehouse a few hours away but they don't have a driver for at least a week. I finally got it the 2nd week of January. The shippers showed up 30 minutes early before I was home and said if I hadn't shown up when I did they were going to leave, even though I'd arrived right on time. They were very nice and said that they couldn't call me to warn me they were early as it goes to dispatch. Dispatch had called me an hour before my time saying that's when they'd be there. Not 30 minutes before. Again, couch is great. No problems with the furniture store, just the shipping company could learn to communicate much better."

At checkout they give you an estimate, then when the order is processed they update your estimate and it came a few days before it. It arrived well packaged with no damages. Well worth the wait and the money we saved!"

"My items arrived late and then were brown and beige instead of what was written on their website as gray. Big difference! Also the furniture came from different dye lots! Some are yellow (NOT as described) and others are bone white. They are making me jump through hoops and take pictures of not only the furniture which I sent (understable) but now they want pictures of all the boxes too! Their policy states 25% restocking fee plus the round trip cost of shipping whether it was originally charged or discounted. They are trying to hold me hostage to this furniture that is nothing like they described and they offer no resolution. It is like pulling teeth to get a live person on the phone who keeps repeating a script about computer resolution and room lighting which have nothing to do with the issue. It has to do with how they worded the product! This has been a horrible and very expensive experience."
