Poor shipping

"When you order a piece of furniture, there is no information about how long it will take to come in. After purchasing, I read my confirmation email to learn that it will take OVER A MONTH for my order to come in. Are you kidding me? This is something that should be bright to the buyer's attention before order is made. Very frustrating. "

Poor support

"The bunk bed documentation from the manufacturer said it was reversible- the ladder could be mounted left or right hand side - but it was not. I also confirmed reversibility via a phone call to the manufacturer prior to purchase, because my room would only work with a left hand ladder mount. The unit arrived allowing only a right hand installation and I was forced to hire a carpenter to modify the unit at a cost of $150, because we didn’t learn about the defect until the unit was already assembled in a room too small for the bed to be removed post-assembly. Classyhome reimbursed me only $50 for the issue.
We also had difficulty with delivery scheduling. Classy was unable to specify a specific arrival date at time of purchase. They could only give a range. The destination is not our full time home, so I was forced to intervene with the shipper while the bed was in transit to ensure a suitable arrival date. Fortunately, the ship date worked out, but contrary to the shipper’s commitment to me, no notice was given ahead of delivery. The unit was simply dropped off in the driveway for me to find when I got home.
It’s a beautiful bed at a fair price, had the features been as advertised, but the rest of the transaction was flawed in multiple ways and Classyhome’s remedies fell short.

Still don’t have a non damaged item

"Received my sons bedroom set and the bed cake damaged. Called and had to do everything via email. Which is horrible customer service! Sent me another headboard which in turn came damaged AGAIN! Told them I want a credit for all this nonsense and waiting for them to send another one. In the meantime my son is still without a bed for the last two months! I would NEVER order anything from here again!!! "

DAMAGED TABLE!

"Table was arrive slightly damaged in some areas I was highly disappointed because I paid nearly $300 for the night stand and it not in new looking condition. I’ve made a claimed and still have not heard back from anyone of my concern. "

"I purchased a beautiful bed for my daughter and I got it within 5 days. There were a few boxes and they all came together, no missing parts and everything was perfect. I will absolutely purchase from Classy Home again!"

Really low price but wasn't what I was expecting

"Ordered a platform bed assuming I wouldn't need a box spring. Without one, bed sits really low to floor. Slats were too short and cheap, had to buy better ones."

WORST EVER

"Took months to receive my kitchen island!!! Every call came with an excuse. Received it today they rolled it end over end up the cement stairs, proceeded to force it into the freshly painted kitchen doorway. They left in a moving truck NOT a company truck. The boxes had holes, tears , a complete mess. Opened it and the island was broken prior all the screws stripped and leaf hing as well as leaf broken . $800 I have a busted piece of furniture and it’s sitting in the house. To heavy to move and automated recording states closed for a week for Passover. This company is not legitimate and that furniture from New York states Vietnam. All I want is my money!! I will call a reputable business. "

Horrible, will never order from here again

"It took four weeks for a rocking chair I ordered for our baby's nursery to be delivered. The chair was damaged and missing a part. My husband contacted Classy Home first thing Monday morning as the customer service is not open on Sat/Sun. The support team said to email photos of the damaged part, the name of the missing part, and a photo of the missing and damaged parts circled on the instruction sheet. After one week, nothing arrived in the mail so my husband had to follow up again with the support team. Another week later, the parts finally arrived on a Friday - but they sent the wrong parts. My husband had to contact Class Home again first thing Monday morning and the person claimed they were confused as to what parts were needed. At this point, my husband asked about a refund (we needed a chair set up as my due date was fast approaching). Classy Home claimed to not accept returns, however, the website said returns can be made within 15 days (but, since it took two weeks to get the first delivery of parts, that ended up being wrong, we were now past the 15 days - even still we wanted a refund but they wouldn't work with us). Classy Home said they would send out the replacement parts ASAP and my husband had to resend the photos of the missing/damaged parts. A week later one of the two parts arrived. It has been exactly two months since our initial order and we are still waiting on the second part to arrive. "

Late delivery and poor quality

"The item was delivered a month later than they said and also the quality of the product was poor. We got too many screws and not enough washers. Also the wood in the shelving starting curling up because the screws they used were too tiny to keep the wood in place. Will not be shopping here again"

Bench and dining chairs

"Bought these pieces not even a year and a half ago if this furniture didn't cost a lot I would say live and lear but that's not the case. I waited so long past its promised arrival and would have paid a ton to send it back when I saw how cheap it was. Now legs are falling of chairs and has caused one injury.not even going to try to sell just going in garbage. Also water stains them"
