Delivered wrong item after sending to wrong distribution center

"First my table was sent to wrong distribution center and I kept calling since the promised delivery date was a month late. Then when finally delivered the company delivered wrong item and I had to wait another week. I had no table for over a month with kids and had to miss 2 days work to be home fir delivery both times. I asked to be reimbursed fir shipping and they would not do that. I would like to order in the future and recommend to friends but I hesitate since it was a bad experience. "

Bumpy but honest

"My initial order came 50/50 - 2 chairs were perfect (they came assembled), but 2 other chairs of different style were misaligned, and it was just impossible to assemble them without destroying. I called ClassyHome, spoke to the representative, they suggested that they will give me $90 refund to hire local furniture guy and also sent me everything that I might need- 4 spare legs and 4 spare armrests. They came in really fast, they matched perfectly and I was able to assemble chairs myself in 20 minutes.
Now my living room looks amazing.
I would say those guys are customer oriented and do want your business. Keep it up, TheClassyHome!

Extremely Poor Experience - Crestview Collection Cabinet

"I placed my order on May 27, 2019. The delivery agent selected by the manufacturer tried to subcontract the delivery to a smaller company. The smaller company called on a Friday afternoon and only left a message to call them back. I was caring for my grandbaby so when I was able to call them back it was after 5:00 PM. I called again on Monday and was told that they were trying to schedule me for the previous Saturday. Less than 24 hours notice!! Since I wasn't able to talk with them when they made the first call, they sent the merchandise back to the original delivery agent - Averitt. Averitt told me they had contacted the e-commerce office and was told them I was not working with them to schedule a delivery - an absolute lie. The never even called me. The manufacturer told them to return the merchandise. When I did call and talk with Averitt I was told they could not get their truck on my street. My response was that unless their truck was bigger than a semi or a firetruck, they absolutely could get on my street. They just didn't want to deliver the merchandise.
After learning about this, I contacted The Classy Home. The manufacturer shipped another of the items out to me and Averitt promptly returned it stating that I would not schedule a date for delivery. They never even called!!
A third one was sent through a different delivery service and it was finally delivered 6/28. It took a couple of weeks for me to have someone help me get it inside. Moving the cabinet in was easy with a dolly. Once the packaging was removed, though, the whole experience got even worse. The entire right side decorative framework was broken. I am extremely disappointed. I love the cabinet, but do not want a damaged item when I paid for a new undamaged one.

Still ashamed

"I bought a sofa bed from The Classy home in 2017. The sofa arrived with a plank nailed into the bottom of the sofa, which caused damage to the base of the sofa. In addition the structure of the sofa was weak causing the wooden frame to crack requiring and outside company to make repairs. I called The Claasy Home to report the sofa’s damage at delivery. The staff laughed! Their attempts to resolve the problems took so long, I gave up. I am still ashamed and humiliated to have gotten suckered in by these people. They are absolutely horrible business people."

Great Bed! Awesome price!

"My daughter really wanted a loft bed with a hang out area underneath. I searched around and found the perfect bed on the ClassyHome website. Not only was it the loft style my daughter was looking for but it also featured several drawers for extra storage, a desk and a shelf. I price-checked this bed with other websites and the price was by far better here. When the bed arrived, I was surprised by how solid the construction was. There were no damaged pieces either. The only thing was, we seemed to be missing some hardware to finish completion of the project but I am not totally sure if we misplaced it or not because we were moving in a lot of other furniture around the same time. It was not a problem though because I contacted the company on a weekend and had the parts I needed within just a few days. I was actually really impressed with their follow-through and they did not charge to send the remaining hardware. All in all, my daughter loves her new bed and it is the perfect fit for our new home! We are happy campers! "

Too Long of a Wait

"When I moved into my new apartment, I looked for new furniture & came across The Classy Home. I had never heard of them before, but decided to give them a try when I found the dining room chairs I was looking for in the color I was looking for. However, long story short, I didn't find out how long the delivery period would be until after I completed the purchase (strike 1). Then, I learned it would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered (strike 2). Then, the day before the estimated delivery date, I called to confirm & was told it would take 2 more weeks to arrive (strike 3). I cancelled my order and am very disappointed in the service. The only good thing is that I received my refund after 1 day of cancelling my order. "

"I purchased a dinning room set and small kitchen set and I LOVE THEM BOTH! Unfortunately, one piece was missing from my shipment; however, they worked with me to resolve it right away. In addition, the springs on a cushion were sprung and I received replacements ASAP. I am looking at more furniture I plan to buy from them soon."

"We ordered a bed that had a small part missing. After reaching out to their customer service team, they offered to ship the parts to us. But we had already addressed the issue so they offered us a credit for the inconvenience. Tzipi, their customer relations manager, has been very consistent with communicating and making sure that we're satisfied at the end. Never again... NEVER

"We ordered on 3/29/2019 12:04:02 AM and today July 11, 2019, and we still waiting for the delivery. Customer Service can care less and are quite rude. The only reason I did not cancel was that we paid with a credit card and we already paid the card. Never again..."

Great find!

"I searched for an outlet that could provide a match to our recently purchased Ashley couch and love seat. The Classy Home had it at a price point unmatched by anyone! They delivered it on time and in excellent condition. Would highly recommend! "

Shipping time was horrendous

"No indication the shipping was going to take so long and neither Classy Home nor the shipper could give any accurate updates on delivery. I was about to call my credit card company to dispute the purchase when the email arrived that it would be delivered the next day. Great notice. Furniture was as expected and what I wanted. Just no idea they where actually carrying it across the country on foot."
