I was unable to get any information on returning the item that was too big and not accurately sized.
There is no return information available other than a sales email and live chat that only directs you to the same said email if you ask about returns. The website states to call or email when you open their return policy link but provides no other information on how to do so. When you ask for the phone number, via live chat, they state "sorry but we are not providing phone support currently". Hopefully I am not out the $130 and will receive contact within 24 hours, but I am not holding my breath.
When a company cannot be transparent about their return polices, that is an indicator they are not honest.

1. I didn't know if it was gonna fit
2. I didn't want this to be one of those cheap knock off websites that send you a complete botched version of the original where the fabric barely sewn together

This was such a wonderful expirience. I wore this to homecoming and got so many compliments. The fit was amazing. Although I did get some of the train taken off so I wouldn't have to worry about people stepping on it. Other than that it was such a good decision to make. I highly recommend this website."
"My daughter is the flower girl in a wedding and the bride wanted her to have a mini replica of her gown. I could not find someone who could do this locally, so after much deliberation I decided to order from The Celebrity Dresses. Their response time to emails is fantastic. Quick and detailed. I sent photos of the gown and the measurements of my 2 year old and they gave me a reasonable price and a lead time. I paid and it showed up exactly when they said it would. Shipping was also quick from the day it was dispatched and they provided a tracking number. Once it arrived I was extremely impressed by the quality. It's so adorable that I'm afraid it's going to upstage the bride at the wedding!!! My only two suggestions are that they change their method and provided photos of custom products prior to shipping them in case any changes need to be made and that they add a miscellaneous product on their website for custom products. We had a bit of confusion over being directed to order a different dress. In the end it all worked out though and the dress is fantastic. I absolutely would order from them again."

I received so many compliments and I felt **** but classy all evening. I did have to get the dress altered to fit my figure better as it was slightly big in certain areas.
