"I had to email them 3x's. The 1st time they said the USPS is slow or wrong ZIP was used & no tracking # due to low cost. 2nd time,they said product had to be shipped from HongKong so it would take longer again no tracking #. 3rd time,since I did not receive item,they said they cancelled order and it can not be reordered. ***DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS**"

"Wow, where should I start with this sorry and disgusting excuse for a business? First, let me say that this is the worst/shadiest company I've ever had to deal with in my life!

Like everyone else below, I ordered their inexpensive HDMI and SATA cables on 10/23/2009. I received an email shortly thereafter, saying that my order would ship within two weeks from their factory in Hong Kong. Everyone else that ordered received the same email. When you contact them, they give you some outrageous story, saying that the cables must've gotten lost in the mail...they have given this BS story to everyone. This is not true! They clearly have never intended to honor our orders to begin with! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

I also made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a cellphone battery from them in the past using a $5 off coupon. The battery was advertised as brand new on their website, and they sent me a clearly used battery. When I complained to them about this, they promised to send me another battery that was brand new, and guess what they sent...yes, that's right, another used battery. This is the shadiest company I've ever dealt with. And no, it's not about how cheap the cables were...it's about the fact that this company has absolutely no integrity, and if they could go about scamming consumers so easily and without any shame, it begs the question: What other highly questionable/illegal business practices are they conducting?

"Ordered on Oct 24, 2009. It's Nov 15, 2009 at time of posting. Order never arrived. I was told that the item is being shipped from Hong Kong and that I will not receive another email for tracking number or if the item has been shipped out. I was charged almost immediately after the order was accepted in their system. Their site is pure crap. I cannot contact via email from their website due to broken forms and I refuse to call their phone number. Their system is completely broken and they provide no options to the customers as a courtesy when a situation like this happen. Take your business elsewhere. They are not worth dealing with even if your order costs you one cent."

"I never received the cables I bought.

When inquired about the status of my order 2 weeks later I was informed they had just been shipped and would arrive in 2 days.

2 more weeks later no cables. Now my emails are just ignored. I do not recomend them to have business with.

ps: email form on the site and live chat do not work.

"I have tried to call this them 5-6 times@ the time they say call get put on hold try to push 2 to leave a message it tells you to go to chat nobodys on chatand it pushes you off, emailing gives me a 404 error from the link on there website.They have already gotten paid thru paypal and i have the confirmation from them. Do not deal with this company!"

"I placed an order on 10/24/09 and as of 11/12/09 I still have not received the order. Seller claims the order was shipped on 10/28/09. Reseller was hard to get a hold of on the phone, contact us link on their website is down and their live chat support is always offline. Spend your money with a more reputable retailer to avoid the hassle of dealing with these clowns."

"As many of the other reviews for this seller had stated, this company has no customer service. Ordered some items 2 weeks ago. They sold out, didn't let anyone know. The Cell Shop did not respond to E-mails. Their chat doesn't work. Their web based e-mail doesn't work. 20 minute wait on phone for rude rep to tell me they are "supposed" to ship out the order in a few days. Paypal is now involved. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE SWINE FLU!!!

Follow-Up: Although after spending a long time waiting for Customer Service, and their promise to send out my order by November 12, they refunded my payment instead of filling the order as promised. I then received a follow up e-mail stating that my order was "lost" in the mail. It seems like this company is run out of someone's basement. If you insist on using these clowns, use Paypal for additional protection.

"I made two orders on 10/24/2009 for two HDMI cables and audio cables. Two week pasted, the order still not shipped. I have called them and waited for an half hour, no one anwser the phone. Try to use the live chat, it is offline. Try to use the email form on the site to send them an email, it simply doesn't work."

"I ordered and received a Bluetooth headset from the CellShop. The service was great. I rec'd the product quickly. I love my headset. It works great. I was able to get the user's manual online, which helped me tremendously. I'm 58 years young, this is my first experience with Bluetooth and it was very user friendly for me. "While I did receive the items in question in reasonable time, 2 of the items were the wrong type. In the Ebay ad they listed them as USB Data Cables. When the package arrived they were in fact 2 USB Charging Cables. These do not allow file transfers from phone to PC and back. The USB Data Cables were the main reason I order the 2 bundles. I attempted to contact this seller by email 3 different ways, no responses. I attempted to call their number ***-***-**** and some guy answered and said that he had no idea who "TheCellShop" was. He even sounded as if he thought it was funny. It could have been TheCellShop and they just didn't want to take the call and were intending to rip me off. Why else would they post a phone number that doesn't belong to them, or does it?

Let's see how fast they respond to this seeing as though they refuse to respond any other way.

I DID call the right number, twice, the one you posted, and emailed you 3 times from multiple sources. It's kind of funny how as soon as I post a bad review on a public site I get a super quick response. BUT emailing you 3 times and calling 2 times got nowhere. Hmmm
