I am thinking the complaints in the past may have been that this company has such GREAT DEALS that 'maybe' they just got overwhelmed in the past. They do NOT have that problem as of now."

That's 60 days!! Called and CSR who said it had shipped 10/26, not what the 1st CSR said. He would have to refund, but it may still arrive, and if it does to accept it as "our gift to you". Yeah right, like I believe that. I think the coupon they accepted on the purchase was more then they wanted, so they just didn't ship the item and didn't do a cancellation, but they had no difficulty charging my credit card. I was browsing on the site and saw a nice coupon so I added the product to the cart and started checking out but the coupon didn't work so I stopped checking out and went to a different site. But the next day I find out that my creditcard was charged and when I contacted them they same day. It took them 7days to get back to me. and my order was shipped 5days after my creditcard was charged and still they didn't cancel my order."

Two days later my paypal account was chared and I was sent an email telling me that due to delay, I would be receiving my order in two weeks. Over a month had gone by and my order hadn't arrived and no word from the company. I contacted paypal to open a dispute and had my money returned to me without explanation. I believe these crooks never had any intention on returning my money or fullfilling my order in the first place. Avoid these scammers at all cost!"

I called a month later to see what was taking so long and they gave me a USPS customs confirmation number that the USPS says means nothing and can't be traced--that it's only for customs and they don't track it or keep it.
