"Ok, after a brief encounter with a lost email, I finally contacted the cell shop. Danny R. took care of the situation by offering to send another product that was appearently lost in the USPS mail. Since the cell shop sent via this method, and according to thier rules on sending this way, they say no tracking # is avalable. The product appearently got lost on Orlando Florida.

So, not the fault of the cell shop. And i just received the product, which was kindly sent via UPS this time, so it had tracking.

However, being that this was the first time i did bus. with the cell shop, i was really concerned with thier service. And after having a temporary lack of communication, for whatever reason, i wanted to correct this issue so i can buy from and suggest to other buyers to buy from the cell shop.

So this matter is all cleared up. Im happy and suggest to other two things ;
1)use UPS with tracking, pay the extra cost, its worth it for the tracking.
2)keep trying to communicate and be very honest and repetitive in your efforts to correct any bad situation with the cell shop. Thier tele # is now working and they also have an online chat box, as well as the email. good luck and youll do fine with this company.

To those at the cell shop, sorry for the initial bad review, however, put yourself in my position and think what you would feel like if you had this experience? Anyway, Ill buy again from you....."

"Christmas 2007 - Great price, great product, great transaction

Christmas 2008 - ordered 5 items on 12/20/08 & received confirmation right away.
Nothing received nor heard for 2 weeks thereafter.
Emailed & left multiple emails & even tried "live chat".
Finally received an email on 1/7/09 telling me that www.thecellshop.net had emailed me in 1/6/09 to inform me that my order was out of stock and that they had refunded my money. I did not receive any email from them dated 1/6/09. Refund did come through on 1/8/09.

It seems extremely unlikely that five separate items were out of stock and it took them three weeks to figure this out. They didn't have any trouble charging my credit card on the first day...

Obviously, www.thecellshop.net is a company that has forgotten what customer service means."
