She told me she would call me the same day to let me know what she was able to do. She called me back that afternoon and informed me that the order was too late to stop at the warehouse level, so she emailed me a return label so that I could return the item for a refund. She also told me that I would retain my $25 reward after the return."

"When I physically returned mismarked pants to the store all three of the associates assured me that the pants were not mosmarked just that Talbots made them longer this season. They were 6-8” longer than the same pair I own in a different color from last season! They never measured them. Just convinced I was wrong. Must be my grey hair! Phone clerk was very polite and helped me order another pair."
