"I purchased an Athlon XP2700+ on 2-10-2003, received it one week later. After trying to get my system to boot, some swapping around foud that the processor was bad. I emailed their RMA center on Thursday, Feb. 20th and received an RMA number that evening. Shipped the chip next day on Friday, and received a new one on the following Tuesday. Works as promised. Their support department was very friendly, and I'll definately do business again with this company. This one sale has made TCWO.com the first place I go to order parts. "Product arrived safely although somewhat later than expected. Product didn't arrived in exact packaging as shown or described on website. Instead of coming in retail box with CD and manual, they only gave me a bare video card inside static bag. Fortunately it works great, although I have to download the driver from Internet myself. However, I can't argue about the cheap price though."
