"I don't usually take time to answer these questionares but this is an exception. I found tcwo on the net. I wanted to talk to a person and Alex picked up the phone. These folks has knowledgeable professionals manning the desk. I ask about the products I was purchasing and I had an immediate answer. These folks know their inventory. I was told the one product was on back order and could I wait for several days. The following week I inquired and this one item was still on order. This was not the fault of tcwo but the supplier. I ask if I could cancel this one item and was immediately told of course, no problem. Was these anything else they could help with or perhaps replace this item with another product. TCWO has professional people and wonderful processes in place to bring the customer back. I plan to purchase my next major componet from TCWO.

"This isn't so much a comment on my last order (which was rather small) as it is a comment on all my orders, since I don't believe I've ever taken the opportunity to post here. I have ordered from TCWO numerous times over the past several years and have never had an issue with their products or service. The only thing I can't personally vouch for is their technical support, since I've never had to make use of it, but I've heard good things about it from friends who I referred to them. The only thing negative I can say about TCWO is that they have a more limited selection of products than many others, so I do sometimes have to order parts from other companies. Overall, I would say that if TCWO has what you're looking for, you don't need to look any further."

"I have yet to fin a better company to work with. In the 4 years i have been dealing with them they have always come through. My last order is really a RMA on 2 dvd's that failed with in the 1 yr factory warrenty period and even though i could not locate the receipt they had the order on file and the serial numbers were provided by me. Needless to say they will get the majority of my business. I am not a big time reseller and build maybe 10 to 20 systems a year for people and make less than 50 bucks on a system, but with TCWO's help I have always been able to build a better quality system tahn any major system player and usually beat ther price and at the high end sytem range by as much as beat em by as much as$2k. "Orderd 512md more memory for a computer, but the memory was not compatible with the motherboard. I sent an e-mail asking what to do and they sent me a RMA. In their answer they stated that they have had some problems with this motherboad 512mb memory cards.
This was my first online order. If I had talked to a person when ordering, I may not have had this problem.
I will use this company again. Their web page is usually one of the first places I check when looking for computer items.
