"Tried ordering an Epox motherboard that said nothing about being out of stock on the 20th. On the 23rd when I expected to receive the motherboard I get an email instead stating that the product is backordered. Money was promptly taken out of my account though. I am still waiting for my account to be credited back. The day I received my email was the same day they updated their site saying that the product was of limited availability. I will never order from them again, and I hope that I get my money back.

I have only had one problem and that was with an Asus MB. It was bad when it arrived but TCWO refunded the invoice and my card.

"I've had a very frustrating experience thus far with TCWO. I'm currently building one system and upgrading another through them. The main trouble has been with the system I've been trying to build from scratch entirely from TCWO.
1) The case I received was in bad condition. The chassis was dented in 2 places, and neither of the side panels fit it properly. This was not the fault of the shipper, as the shipping box was in perfect condition. This was handled in a satisfactory manner, with TCWO shipping me a new case via RMA, and offering to refund the $16 I spent shipping them back the faulty one.
2) The motherboard (Asus A7V333)would only recognize the first 128mb of RAM installed, no matter how much was actually installed. I tried 2 separate (known good) sticks of 256mb PC2100 DDR RAM in each slot, as well as the 1 stick of 256mb PC2700 DDR RAM that I ordered from TCWO. That stick also tested out fine on another system. I tried flashing the BIOS with the latest updates from ASUS, I even tried testing everything outside the case to avoid case/mobo shorting. Long story short (too late), they agreed to RMA the mobo. Well I send off the motherboard along with all the hardware (including the I/O slot cutout that came with it for the case). A few days later I receive the same mobo back from them... minus the I/O slot cover, and it still has the EXACT same problem. They never emailed me even saying whether they could find anything wrong with the board in the first place.
Experience 2:
For the system I'm trying to upgrade, I received a bad retail box processor (AMD XP 2100+). Not really TCWO's fault, as it was sealed retail, but still frustrating. They have offered to cross-ship the RMA of the processor, as I am on a bit of a time crunch trying to upgrade this system.
On the plus side... their shipping is prompt, their support (up until I received the bad mobo back still bad with no recommendations on what might be bad on my end) has been very good, and their prices are excellent."
"Purchased a boxed Pentium 4 1.8 ghz from this company and it was defective right out of the box. TCWO told me to send CPU back to Intel for replacement. TCWO's own return policy indictes 15 day exchange on defective boxed CPU's. Not so!! They make exceptions to this rule and counterdict their own return policy on their website. They won't stand behind their own return policy. I won't shop here again. Will purchase elsewhere in the future.

Two weeks later, nothing in hand. This company could learn a lot from newegg. Newegg will email when they receive the defective product, plus email back when a replacement has shipped, including tracking #. TCW does nothing. I will return my business to newegg. "
