Paid extra for shipping

"Had an event ordered last minute..... read all the fine lines on paying $33 in Saturday shipping, ordered on Thursday, never shipped out called customer service and talked to Supervisor Chris who said it had a possibility to ship out today, told him thank you for crediting back the $33 but I need to know when it will be here, told him I was happy to wait on hold for a solid answer and he said there is no way to determine when it will ship out. Absolutely ridiculous and quite lazy that someone who paid and expected Saturday shipping is getting a possiblility answer to ship out today, would have been a much better customer service experience if he would have found a solid answer especially from a supervisor. Seems like Chris would much rather have fought over the phone rather than just give me my solid answers of when it ships. Horrible customer service experience for a first time buyer. It is not their fault it didn’t ship out, it’s Chris’s fault that he didn’t want to take the extra step especially from a Supervisor standpoint. "

Sneaky Pricing!

"I was trying to decide what to order and kept going back and forth between several pieces of swimwear. I had put several in my cart. They were around $23 each. Then I searched a little later and found them priced at $16 each, but I still wasn't ready to purchase. The next day there was a coupon in my email from them, telling me I would qualify for free shipping, to go ahead and purchase what was in my cart. I clicked on the link and discovered that the prices now were all listed at $42! Unbelievable!! Trying to trick me into making the purchase with free shipping and paying triple for what I had seen the day before. Not interested in doing business with a company that tries to trick their customers to make purchases. Dodged a bullet here I think!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

"Good heavens above- I wish I’d seen this review site before I got sucked in.TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HIDEOUS, UNBELIEVABLY AND UTTERLY ABYSMAL customer service. I would have given MINUS STARS had that been an option.
You order and days and days later receive your package...which if you need to return anything is a travesty in itself. They and you a return label but DO NOT TELL YOU that the return will not be placed back on your credit card but an E-Card....HOWEVER, AND THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO HEED THIS ADVICE....YOU never get the full amount they say you have on the E-Card. For example, mine said $73.50 but when I went to find something else and went to check out, they screw you right up the backside with “Shipping, handling, tax, fee for this etc and my amount was only $40!!!! How is that even possible??? If you buy something for 73.50 shouldn’t your return be that exact amount?
Thyme RIP YOU OFF by calculating hidden fees into your order.
I would go to ANY OTHER site before recommending Swim Suits For All.
Diabolical in service, ethics and there are far to many reasonable companies who want your business.
Seriously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Your order has been cancelled - No service for European customers.

"According to their web pages, Swimsuites for All has international shipping.
What they do not tell however, is that due to the GDPR they will not ship to EU countries.

I placed an order yesterday, and was ready to pay for the expedited international shipping, and
received an order confirmation.
Today I received 3 emails telling that my order had been cancelled by the Swimsuits for All.

Contacted their service rep via webpage chat - and I was told my order was cancelled due to GDPR,
and them not being able to serve European customers. So if you happen to be from Europe, find another place to
buy your swimsuit!

Quite a disappointed customer.

WORST SITE TO ORDER FROM

"I only gave it a one star because I had to. They are the worst they can’t seem to get anything right from the size to the day you can except to receive your items. Not to mention how terrible they are when it comes to refunds. I have placed many orders and something is always wrong. Keep in mind I don’t order through the website. I always make sure to speak to a representative. When I received the first one the size was wrong. So I sent it back it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t got a refund. Now I just received another order that I made VERY clear that I would need by the end of this week. So I used their express 3 day guaranteed delivery. Which I ordered on Wednesday it is now Tuesday. In the order I only received the pants and not the shirt. The label tells me I can except my shirt by August 8. Wtf..... How do they just decide it’s ok to assure you that you will receive it on time. Then make you wait on one item without so much of an email or anything giving you heads up. So when I called the supervisor informed me that lucky it came in early so I can except it on Saturday. Smh what good is that going to do me if I’ll already be on my vacation by Saturday. So she says oh I’m sorry I’ll make sure you get a refund when you send it back. Well that’s just great another refund that I won’t see for over a month. That was her way of making things better because when you send things back your supposed to get a gift card. Who the hell wants a gift card to a website who only causes headache every time you try to order something. NEVER AGAIN.... Do y’all self a favor and find another website like maybe Adorme. Which is awesome and always on time with your order and gets your order right on the first try. "

SCAM SHIPPING

"International shoppers BEWARE!
So, i ordered a swimsuit a while ago but i was under the impression that I'll get it in 6-11 days, this is the info on their website. However, it has been more 11 days and I decided to call IMEX Global for more info, they were really helpful.

However, they told me that the information that swimsuits for all has on their website regarding shipping internationally is incorrect.

I live in canada and I of course chose the option where the package is untrackable and now i have no idea when i'm getting the parcel. SWIMSUITSFORALL correct your info online, so as international consumers, we know what we are getting into.

Terrible returns!!

"Had a terrible time returning. Only spent $25.50 on my item but once I sent it back for an exchange, they charged me anouther $25.50 to my account & have not put it back in there yet. Ended up needing to do a full return becasue I still wasn’t satisfied with my exchange so they want to charge me anouther $7.50! Also terrible customer service! I loved using this website last summer, I even recommended it to others. I will not be making that mistake again! "

"Do not pay for expedited shipping, I paid 21.99 for shipping for 2 day delivery & my package did not ship until the 3rd business day after I ordered it, so I will not get it till the 5th business day. I would have done free shipping had I known they don’t get their packages out as promised. "

Scam!!

"There customers service was good, but when I called the first time to put an order in, the person I talked to put in the wrong name and they took money out of my account. I received two emails for them. The first one was an email saying how my order was cancelled and the second one said how my order went through. I called them again and the person I talked to the this time was the one who told me that my order was put under another's persons name that I have NO IDEA who that is, and to top that of I was told that I have to wait 3 to 5 business day just so I can get my money back!!!! "

Rebecca was argumentative, rude, and refused to listen to me when I had a legitimate concern. She didn't care at all about doing what was right in the interest of customer service. I really wish I would've read these bad reviews before I spent any money with them!

Beware: E-gift card for returns EVEN IF you use your own return label.

"Their return policy states that if you use their enclosed return label, they will issue your refund to an e-gift card. I knew this would not be helpful to me - since I didn't find any other suits I liked on the website, so I used my own return label and shipped it back to them.

The next day I receive an e-mail that my return has been processed - and under each item it says:

Refund Type: $27.39 to E-Gift Card
Refund Type: $8.56 to E-Gift Card
Refund Type: $22.26 to E-Gift Card
Refund Type: $8.56 to E-Gift Card

The customer service rep went in and credited the return to my credit card within 30 seconds, no explanation, no questions asked, and no fan fare.... like this happens all the time AKA a scam.

No smiles here.

2 orders delived to a CHURCH

"My first order was sent to a CHURCH.. It took me two days to track it down. I checked my shipping info and I HAD IT CORRECT.

So for my second order I double checked everything I wrote, called to be sure they had the right info, put a note in the delivery/shipping info...
AND, THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE CHURCH AGAIN!

I love the swimsuits,,, but I will NOT order from this company again!

It's embarrassing and took several phone calls for me to find where they left my order! Then go there to pick it up...

This is,,,, very poor service..

SHOULD BE A ZERO

"WARNING!! COMPANY POLICY!! Per supervisor: "If you wear a chlorine-resistant suit more than 10 or 15 times, it MAY begin to fall apart. Regular suits will fall apart sooner." I received a full refund because I'd worn my suit only 9 times over 6 weeks. Whew!
Will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible Customer Service and Horrible Shipping Policies

"Absolutely horrible shipping and customer service policies. If you order standard shipping it takes 4-5 weeks to arrive. I placed an order on April 9 and paid for three day shipping. I leave on vacation April 21 and figured 12 days was more than enough time to receive my item with 3 day shipping for my trip. When I got the confirmation for shipping email it showed the suit would not be arriving until May 2, more than 3 weeks after I placed the order! I contacted customer service in which they emailed me a response saying they accidentally shipped it ground and would refund the shipping fees. That doesn't do me any good as I ordered the swimsuit for the upcoming vacation. I called customer service in which they said there wasn't a mistake it's just that they don't offer three day shipping to where I live which is hawaii. When I asked why she said because it is considered international. Are you serious? She said there wasn't a single thing she could do. No apology, no explanation, instead it was more of oh well too bad. I asked to speak to someone else in which her response was "everyone else will tell you the same thing". She finally got someone who said he was a manager and all he kept saying was "sorry but we can't give you a refund or do anything about it. Hawaii is international shipping." When I explained that I won't even be home when the suit arrives as I will be on vacation and no one will be able to get the package that should have been here tomorrow, his response was "can't you find someone to help you? There's absolutely nothing we can do. Three day shipping isn't available to hawaii because it's considered international shipping." Absolutely no help. If three day shipping wasn't available to hawaii why did they allow it as an option, why did they just ship the order standard without contacting me to inform me of their error and their policy and to see if I still wanted the item? I will never use them again. Their lack of professionalism in handling issues and concerns are the worst I have ever encountered with a company. I wonder if Ashley Graham knows about this scam and supports it? I will definitely stick with Venus Swimwear which is based out of Florida and gets me my product in two days."

Return policy stinks.

"I've ordered suits from SSforall for a couple of years now. I have never had to pay for my own return postage. Their new policy is not customer friendly. It's all about getting more money from you. You now have to pay for your own postage to get the return (minus the postage) returned to a credit card. Or, you get an E-card. So one way or another, the get your money.
Plus, their customer service dept. won't even negotiate. Poor customer service14305 11194
