AVOID ORDERING

"Ordered suit 07/04/18, received suit 07/13/18. Received suit in between vacations. It was too big. Returned it following second vacation at the end of August - in plenty of time to meet the 60 day return requirement. Received the suit back because according to customer service, "It was not processed by our returns department before the 60 days." I returned the product in plenty of time for them to receive it. I also attempted to find another suit I liked in my size for an exchange, but they had none in my size that was to my liking. Anotherwords, it sat in the returns department, according to the first representative I spoke with, for 'up to two weeks' before it was processed. Was also told this was a 'new' policy by the representative. Now I am left with a swimsuit I can not wear. DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM EVER! ONE STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THEM."

Find another company!

"I have purchased so many suits in past 2 years. One that I wore for a month looks ragged looking and horrible. Sizes are never correct, and it’s taking longer for them to deliver. I have never sent anything back because of the cost and the scary reviews I’ve read. "

I'm reporting these people/ business to the Better Business Bureau, our General Attorney in Raleigh, NC and FACEBOOK ADS.

"“I also ORDERED a SWIMSUIT UNDER THE POLICY OF 90 DAY RETURN AND WHEN I RETURNED it THEY SAID THEY CHANGED THEIR RETURN POLICY TO 60 DAYS AND SENT BACK THE BATHING SUIT WHICH I HAVE NO USE FOR SINCE it is HUGE AND CHEAPLY MADE. I ordered the correct size but the design was not for my size. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND dishonest and NO HELP AT ALL AND I HAVE been SCREWED OUT OF $70.00. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME. I will be reporting them to the BBB and PUT IT ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER SO THAT MORE PEOPLE WILL KNOW WHAT CROOKS THIS COMPANY IS. ” SCAMMERS!!!"

Worst Customer Service EVER

"I tried to order a bathing suit because no one makes swimsuits for people with curves. How bad could it be right? Wrong! Order contained the wrong size swimsuit bottom, know I ordered the right sizes although my online order description says that is what I ordered. Go to cancel order, says there was an issue with my debit card and that the order was cancelled. Awesome right, problem solved. Nope! Called customer service to make sure order was actually cancelled and to place a new order. Seems simple enough. They fixed billing on the original order and placed a new order. So then I had 2 orders and I was leaving on vacation and my swimsuit that I wanted wasn't going to be delivered before I left. I will just contact customer service before both orders are shipped, cancel both, and I can just ship a different order to where I'm going on vacation. They only cancelled one order. I ended up with 2 bathing suits and paying for both. Tried to send back one of the extra suits only to learn that their refunds are only good for new orders. Called again today ****. They tried to say that in order for my refund to go to my card, they would have to charge me $7.50... for a mistake they made. After practically crying on the phone the lady from customer service said I will get a full refund back, minus shipping, so I guess I just have to wait to see what else they screw up. "

Customer service is non existent

"This must not be a USA based company, they have no customer service, I ordered an item and forgot to put the coupon code on order, I emailed customer service that same day and said please add my coupon code to order, they refused, said if you don’t do it right away they can’t adjust amount!!!!!!! I called and they still refused to adjust credit, asked for a manager and there are none!"

RUN FAR AWAY

"Customer service is absolutely terrible! Kevin and George were unfriendly and offered no help! They both seemed like they didn't want to be at work! RUN FAR AWAY! I've been ordering bathing suits with this company for the past 4 years. Service and policy changes have gone down hill! Once you place your order it takes 2-3 weeks to receive your swimsuits. They make it VERY difficult to exchange a bathing suit and they charge hidden fees for returns. I wanted to exchange a top, but had to pay upfront for the item and for shipping. They don't credit the money back to your account for another 30 days. In addition, when I went to exchange the top they were out of stock. I was told I have to pay the $7 shipping and would be issued a gift card. At this point I'm done!!"

Better than store bought!

"I normally wear a size 14. I ordered a size 16. Fits Perfect! It's so flatering. I am very curvy and big busted. I was needing something that was modest but fashionable as well. The quality is amazing. I could not be happier with this swimdress. Shipping was quick as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again. "

NO REFUND

Messed up my order

"They sent me a completely wrong item- a white bra instead of the bathing suit I ordered. Their mess up, and then they refused to send a new bathing suit until I returned the bra they sent me. I needed the suit by a certain date and now I won’t have it. Terrible, would never order again. "

"Customer service was terrible, the rep was so rude and would not transfer me when I asked to deal with some one else. She was unable to find order or able to answer questions. The shipping and return fee to have my purchase returned to my card exceeded the purchase price."

Terrible customer service!!!!

"I have been purchasing swimsuits for this company for at least three years and I have spent hundreds of dollars on their products. This has been my first experience dealing directly with customer service and I can assure you it will be my last. I will never purchase another product from this company and I will not recommend it to my friends anymore!! I purchased three cover ups in mid April. My invoice stated a 90 day return policy. I am a school teacher and April/May is a very hectic time so I admit to not trying them on when I received them. When I did try them on at the end of May one of the cover ups was very big and way too long on me but I really loved the print and was on the fence about returning the item, thinking maybe I could have it altered. I ultimately decided to return the cover and was also placing an order for three swimsuits. Let me stress I was buying there more items!! I was still within the 90 days but I called before returning to confirm that I could still return and get a refund. I was told by the customer service rep that I could still return the item and since I was placing another order I would even get free shipping. I thought that was great, so I sent back the cover up and order the three bathing suits that totaled over $100 but I knew I was getting back $45 so I was ok with that. Fast forward many, many, many weeks from when I shipped back the cover up ( I placed and received two new orders in the time it took) and I receive a shocking email from Swim Suits for All on 7/9/18 (and why so long to process a return????). I received $0.00 for my return!!? So I called customer service and was told that since I placed that original order the policy changed from 90 days to 60 days and therefore I was not getting my money back and that they are returning the cover up to me?!! I asked if the policy had changed then why did the **** the phone tell me I was within the 90 day return policy and that I could send it back? He said he had no control over that and that at the time that the return was processed the new policy of 60 days went into effect! So even though I was told to return dress for a full refund and I placed another order that total over $100 at the time of the return the company would not honor my refund!! This is not just bad customer service it is very shady business and I will NEVER purchase from this company again!!!"

Waste of Money

"Ordered two suits from this site. When they arrived I did not care for one and I returned it. That was two months ago. Still waiting on the "SO CALLED GIFT CREDIT". Website for returns is a joke.
Wore the other suit once. The closure on the short bottom is velcro . The velcro was not even attached to the material. Completely came off first time I wore the bottom. Also the elastic in the blouson tanktini lost all its fit. What cheap peices of
junk.
Don't waste your money.
