Better Hope You Don't Have to Return

"Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren’t many places you can buy this brand. I can’t say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and they would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!"

If I have to give them one star I guess I will

"Horrible service. If you pay with PayPal you are not allowed to exchange your suit for a different size. You have to be refunded and also pay shipping charges. I tried calling three times and was left listening to some obnoxious voice singing the praises of their swimwear. Never did they pick up. I tried to email and they never emailed back. I fell for their nonsense once. Never again."

My review:
I would love to give this swimsuit a review, but I still don't have it. I would love to be able to swim with my kids (we are in AZ and it has been over 100F multiple times already this year), but I can't because I still don't have a suit that fits. I put my original order in on Apr 27. It shipped on the 30th. I got my order on May 12th--this was a ridiculously long time to wait for an online purchase, but I was patient since we were in the middle of the Covid 19 shut down. The top was WAY too big, despite me following your measurement guide. I called on May 13th and paid for a 2nd tankini top in a smaller size and mailed the original top back (which I still haven't received credit for). My 2nd top was "shipped" on May 22nd--what in the world takes 9 days to put a swimsuit top in a bag and slap a label on it? Even better--the FedEx label was made on the 22nd. FedEx just got the shipment today, May 29th, in Indianapolis. It is scheduled to arrive on June 8th. JUNE EIGHTH! That is 17 days for shipping! This is the first, and last time I will be ordering a swimsuits from Swimsuits for All. Your shipping time is atrocious and at the price point your swimsuits are at, I think you could do a lot better.

Garbage Company! Do not order!

"DO NOT buy from swimsuitsforall.com! Good lord. So, a friend and I placed an order from here on July 8th, 2019. We paid $30 extra for express shipping. On July 17th, I came home to a notice on my door from Canada Post saying I owed $70 in custom charges. Now, while I am well aware this is not the companies fault, this has never happened to me and I was disappointed. With the USD to CAD conversion at what it is, we had already spent over $200 and were not willing to spend another $70 for our bathing suits. So, I phoned the company to make sure I could send it back, asked if there was any charges associated with that and was told no, simply refuse the package and we will refund your money when we receive the package back within 1-2 weeks. Okay, great. So, I phoned my local post office and asked them to ship it back. They advised they would. I checked with them again in a week to make sure it was sent and they advised it was shipped back that day and sent across the border within a few days. Now, I have been in contact with this company for the past month, only to received terrible customer sevice. I have been extremely polite, as I have worked in customer service in the past and I understand that it is not the agents fault. I have been hung up on 4 times. I have been been called a liar, and told that "there's no way you sent it back when you said you did because we would have received it by now". I've been told it take 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks and even 3 months for return shipping. The tracking number I was provided with (from the company) never worked. I was told that they have absolutely no way to track the package. I was told twice that my order number doesn't exist, even after spelling it out phonetically, and then hung up on. I've been put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, without anyone coming back to check on me, only to be left thinking they're avoiding me. Then, finally, on August 20th, I was told that they were able to track the package, the last update is that it was in Chicago on August 8th. Chicago is a 3 hour drive from Indianapolis (which is where their company is located). I don’t understand why it would take 2+ weeks for it to get from Chicago to Indianapolis. I asked them to provide me the tracking number, but it didn’t work and she couldn’t give me an answer as to why they could apparently track it but I couldn’t. So I once again politely ended the conversation. That is also the day I wrote them a message on Facebook, explaining the lack of customer service I have received (on the phone until now, figured I’d try a different channel) and I just simply wanted my refund. They got back to me today after I sent an additional message, only to tell me that they are only giving me a partial refund because I have to pay for the shipping to and from their store. Seriously?! I didn’t even accept the package. I checked with them before hand to make sure there wouldn’t be any charges. Honestly, I wouldn’t even be complaining if I had have received good or even fair customer service along this way, but I didn’t. I received horrible customer service and definitely will not be ordered from here again. I’m honestly just exhausted from dealing with this, and don't feel that anyone should have to deal with this. I should have listened to the reviews. On another note, I had absolutely amazing service and found the perfect bathing suit from the girls at Pennington’s. Highly recommend! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and honest! Thanks girls. "

Scammers!!!!

"OMG, all the bullcrap these people give you and do they lie!!!!!!! Return a suit with all the requirments. They said I couldn't get a refund but can have a store credit. Told them I didn't want to store credit and to please credit back my account. They wouldn't do it. Next, I ended up have a heart attack and time was lost. Called them, they said the credit was email to me with a certain number, that's the only way I can purchase again, but no refund. Talk to supervisor and it was a no go. Said they can't do anything without that number. I went back in my email and found everything but that credit and its's so called #. Well there was no such thing. OMG, they can do this to anyone, saying they sent this email but in reality they really didn't. They say they don't keep records of credits? OMG, why doesn't the IRS get into their bookkeeping? They need to all go directly to jail!!! These employee's must be a kick back to keep this company going. They are corrupt and horrible. How can you live with yourself's???

Doesn't even deserve 1 Star

"This company is in the business of making money at the customers expense. My very first order was March 2018 and done via phone because I was having issues with the online order. They helped me check out and all was fine. I was told I could return any item for a full credit, or exchange for sizing. When I did the return, I called and had them walk me through the EXACT return process. Low and behold, I was never warned about using the included label, which is your agreement to submit to an in-store credit, which takes about 6 weeks to receive. You have to PAY to return an item to them. Here’s the real kicker, if THEY don’t receive the item in their warehouse AND process it, before your 60 day window is up, you will get NOTHING back. Let’s think about that for a second, you return an item back to them within the 60 days they allow, but it takes them a few days to a week before returns are processed and you don’t get the credit or refund, and they keep the items. Well, I used their label, since I wasn’t told about this meaning I agreed to their in-store credit and couldn’t have a refund. I called them when they sent me an email stating I’d have a refund. I couldn’t use the credit at that time as I had just purchased a full summers worth of cover-ups and suits. They told me not to worry, they never expire, and the credit is IN MY ACCOUNT. Here’s where it gets fun, credit is legally no longer allowed to be expired thanks to a law, but there’s a way for them to keep this money too. I was told, my credit was associated with my account, as in, part of the account. However, it’s actually a secondary email they send you with a code. Now, I fully admit, I should’ve read the email better, but I called to find out why I had an in-store credit and not a refund and asked them everything at that time. No one told me I needed another email. They then WIPE all their credit emails every 90 days, so when I called to have one reissued, since there was no credit in my account, I was told they can’t. I even spoke with a supervisor and they said no. They can check and see that no I never used any credits on my account, however I could be lying and have given it to someone else, so they won’t reissue it. Since they wipe the system every 90 days, they also can’t look up the credit to give me or to see if it was used. I have been on their Facebook, and on BBB and there are so many woman who have been robbed of their money by this company. They filed bankruptcy so no claims can be made against them. Also, I have suits from Target that are about 8-10 years old, and some from Old Navy that are even older. They are just now falling apart. Not one swimsuit bottom that I purchased from them made it through the summer. Including one I only wore a few times. The tops were about 50/50 in regards to lasting. They start falling apart immediately, regardless of wash care. Even my Ashley Graham ones started to fall apart as sson as I wore them in the water. So on top of everything else, there items are poorly made. I purchased 3 swimsuit bottoms from target this summer so I could have bottoms to wear all summer. Not one items looks like I’ve even worn it. We travel a lot in the summer and spend a lot of time in the pool and ocean, so I get a lot of wear out of a swimsuit. My target bottoms cost 1/3 of the Swimsuits For All crap that they manufacture, and it actually lasts. They have cute stuff for all sizes too. Do not get tricked into buying from this company. It’s a waste of your hard earned money and their customer service is designed to take your funds, and it keep it, and not for customer satisfaction or loyalty. They do not care about the customer at all. "

Terrible

"They have terrible customer service I didn't get the proper credit for my suit. They returned one part of one suit saying I wore it but I did not and the sticker and the seal we're still on it. I would never buy a suit from them again you might as well just mail and free money from yourself."

"Wish I could give 0 stars.

I got my first order, it didn't fit at all and the support in the bust was seriously lacking so I sent back to get a refund and was given a gift card instead. (It should be noted that the way they handle returns and exchanges is confusing and I can't imagine that's an accident.) I should have raised a fuss, but instead I decided I would try again. Big mistake.

On my second order, the sizing was even worse. I contacted Swimsuits For All to tell them the situation and see what could be done to get me something that wasn't multiple sizes too big. I make clothing, so I know how to measure, but the measurements don't line up. The response I got was that it was too late to get my money back because I had used the gift card (surprise, surprise). So I sent another message saying that the last person had only told me I couldn't get my money back, but didn't address issues I raised about sizing or shipping times (since I was trying to get something before I went on vacation). Their response? Sorry, since you used the gift cards, you can't get your money back. No assistance on how to get something that fits or whether or not they could get me something else in time for my trip.

So then I called and the person tried to give me a hard time about my measurements because I always use a 2 in window for sizing to give me an idea of where I fit. This is not unreasonable and reflects the constant shifts of bodies based on bloating, meal size, etcetera. Then they went to talk to a specialist and the advice from the specialist was that I guess I just need to figure it out. No mention or offer of any sort of discount, express shipping, assistance with sizes. Just, "well, if is was six inches too big, then take of a size for every two inches and that might work." They told me that different suits fit different ways and so those size charts don't necessarily reflect what you'll get or need.

The incompetence is next level and now I'm stuck with a stupid gift card. Lucky me, I get to try on swimsuits through the mail while they sit around on their thumbs making sub par swim suits. What a crock. Please don't buy from them.

If I could give it less stars, I would!

"TERRIBLE customer service. I even spoke to a supervisor. I placed a large order, THEY stopped the order to verify it because it was so large. They said they sent an email, I never received that email. (not spam folder, nothing.)

OK. So for some reason, it want' received. As a CUSTOMER SERVICE department, wouldn't you want to make a customer who does a lot of business with your company happy after they have waiting over a week for their product and is very upset? NOT this company.

I suggested they could expedite the order and I would be satisfied. Nope. "We held up the order, to verify it. Emailed you." didn't call or send any texts or follow up emails. "I understand you needed it by a certain date, (this large order you placed) but we will not expedite it. This is NOT good customer service. NOT a happy customer at all. As this point, I will find somewhere else to do my business.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"I ordered with 3 day shipping and one of my items was apparently on backorder. I was never informed of this. Once my item became available, even though I paid for shipping, they decide to send it via ground. Getting ahold of anyone via email is a chore, you can't reply back to the first person who responds, you have to open the issue again and again. They are not helpful in the least bit. The product is also lacking, I received one of the items, and it was enormous, not even close to my size. I get that this is swimsuits for all, but that means ALL, from 00-up. The cover up I got in a 6 was more like a 12. Needless to say everything will be returned (I refuse to pay for return shipping twice!) once I receive all the items, and I WILL NEVER EVER order from this site again."

Defective suits

"After ordering 2 suits, I wore 1 and the clasp was defective. I didn't know it was junk until I went on my vacation 1.5 months later and when i put it on and moved-the clasp popped open and loosened the whole front of the suit so I couldn't wear it at all! Lo and behold by the time I got back and contacted them they refused to exchange it for one with a non-defective clasp!!!! I wouldn't use them at all ever again!!!"

Horrible Quality and Poor Customer Service - Do NOT Buy from them

"I wish I would have read these reviews before spending $74 on a bathing suite. After one wear, the swimsuit discolored in several different areas within the swimsuit. They would not refund my money. I emailed them about the product twice. After e-mailing them once, they responded within 24 hours requesting additional information. I provided them the additional information they requested well within their 60 day return policy. I never received an e-mail back. I followed up with them since I received no response, however it was 5 days out of their 60 day return policy at that point. They tried to first tell me we did not respond within the 60 days, even though I contacted them 30 days after purchase and again 45 days after purchase. When I followed up with my phone call, they then proceeded to tell me that because it was worn, I could not return it. They will not guarantee their quality which is unacceptable. If I could only tell the future and know that the quality would be bad after wearing it once. They also again told me I was out of my 60 days at that point. I reminded them I reached out twice trying to return the product within the 60 days. She said my email would go into a queue and the response would depend on how busy they were, even though I responded directly to Fansisco. Regardless, what company can stay in business that does not respond to their customer going on day 25? This is horrible customer service and horrible quality. In addition, I wrote a review on the product after my conversation with Swimsuites for All and they deleted my review. The Better Business Bureau is next after realizing all the complaints about this company. "

Subpar quality (especially for the price), Poor customer service

"Bought three bathing suits, not cheap. Put in an exchange for 2 (both for size but one was received broken), returned one. I called prior to returning because I had 4 days window to return on time, asking if I should expedite/priority ship, they said not to worry about that. I got an email saying my return was complete. No return on my credit card, got charged for 5 bathing suits. They are shipping back to me the broken one and the one I didn't like. Talked to three different customer service representative who state I am out of luck because the item was received late.. they have documented that I called and asked about shipping yet somehow that is still my fault because it took 9 days to get to their warehouse? No refund, no Egift credit for trying on my end to be a faithful customer and it is a shame because the one suit is cute (one underwire fell out already on the other one). I am one to share my experience good or bad and unfortunately I could not in my right mind order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

* update - after posting on their FB they offered a refund for the defective item which does ease some of my concerns and it was appreciated, upgraded from 2 to 3 stars.

This company is a scam

"This company is a scam. If you return anything, the policy is NOT CLEAR! You will be given store credit, and they will send you an email with codes to a "gift card" (the money you paid for your returned product, minus shipping). AND they send SO MANY EMAILS. If you lose the email they send later with your "codes" they only keep those codes in their system for 90 days - after that if you don't have the codes / email - you are out of luck and cannot use the funds you should be refunded for the items you returned. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!! How is this legal? I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. This is a corporate scam. People are returning items and NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK! They purposely make it difficult so they win."
