READ THE FINE PRINT on RETURNS- don't use PAYPAL

"Purchased 2 items. They didn't fit. I returned them 3 days later. Everything in tack all I did was try them on. No Everyone listen to this. If you use their return label your refund will be an E gift card for their website no matter how you paid. REALLY! Sooo I used my own label mailed it back my refund should have been $62.26 but it wasn't it was for $44.67 . They had the nerve to issue me a gift card for $17.59 Why IDK. I call them up and the first number I called was all ads trying to sell me stuff that went on for 5 minutes until I finally hung up. Called back again and got a customer rep and asked her why did they give me a gift card. She looked at the order and she didn't know why they did that and said she would give me the refund on my paypal account.

She did it so fast without any hesitation, That lets you know that they get calls all day long about this issue. Who has time for those headaches. I wont ever shop on that site again.,

OH AND BEWARE THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH OTHER SITES LIKE FULLBEAUTY ROMANS WOMAN WITHIN , jessica london AND MORE.

BUYERS BEWARE

"Wish I could give NO Stars!! I purchased several items loved them but 2 didn't fit. So i returned paid the postage so i could get credit back on my card. Amount credited to my account should have been $57.20 but they only credited me for $14.30 with no explanation. When i called they said they did receive other item but the warehouse said it was not returnable. when ask why was told it could have been tags were missing or liner was missing. Couldn't really give me a reason, just said they couldn't override warehouse. I sent the items back as they were sent to me, with tags and liner still attached, never worn except to try on 1 time. when ask if they would just ship the suit back since i was not going to get my money back ( would have donated to someone) they said they couldn't send it back either. So i am out a swimsuit and $42.90. Unless you know for sure you want it i would not buy it. so they got to keep suit and money!! I will be sending a statement to the Better Business Bureau."

Will not back there 90-day return return policy

"Purchased a suit in January, kept it clean and dry and unworn until March when I went on my vacation. Or once and notice the scenes and both sides near the pockets were fraying 3 or 4 in. Did not wear it again came home and contacted the company today to get my shorts returned and exchanged. They would not work with me and did not honor their 90-day return policy. I will not be purchasing anything from a company that does not honor their return policy."

Ordered & Returned a Swimsuit

"I received the swimsuit that I had ordered, in was a nice looking swimsuit and good quality. I ordered by measurements, but the suit was actually 2 sizes too small. I had to return it, I choose to return it for credit on my credit card doing so I had to pay for postage and it looks like my credit back to my credit card will have a deduction of $7.50 as well for handling. Not a great way of doing business.

If you actually get a product that fits, they have good quality products. Doubt that I will order from them again.

Returns are a crock!

"Giving 1 star because -stars was not an option. I bought a suit tried the top on and was too big, so didn't even open the bottoms. Did my return, got it back stating appears item has been washed\worn unable to return. The tags are still attached, the shorts aren't even open! Called customer service, after a LONG conversation she said she will send me another return and I can "try" again, but it will cost me 7.00 to return....um NOPE. Long story short, still not sure if this will be returned or how many times I will have to do this. Never again will I order from this company, seems like a scam!

Horrible customer service Horrible return service. Buyer Beware.

"I ordered several swim suits from the company to try to find one that fit. I did and mistakenly used their return label resulting in them not refunding the $$ to my credit card and issuing me their e-gift cards that I did not want or need. I then placed another order using the e-gift cards up and because the $$ amount was too high, they cancelled the order. I now have to wait 10-15 days for the e-gift cards to be re-issued. won’t have swim suits by my vacation. The customer service reps on the phone are not helpful. I even e-mailed their customer service and never had a response. "

Terrible customer service.

"Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can only get a credit for return merchandise. Did not know this going in. Maybe it said it and I didn't see it online.
Bought several bathing suits for my elderly mother for a trip to FL. Returned the ones that she didn't like. She lives in another state. So to make things easier for me I had them sent directly to her state mailed directly to her.
Well long story short. I am now trying to use the $100 credit I have but since I live in another state and the mailing addtess is in another name they will not let me order. Even though I paid for the original order.
This is insane. They want to speak to my mother who has no idea about any of this since I bought her these bathing suits for a gift. I did not feel the need to bother her with the details about only getting a credit for the returns. She never would have wanted them if she knew this in the beginning.

Dishonest web site with horrible customer service

"The suits on this site are adequate - nothing great. Their site explains the return process. They SAY they will refund your CC but they don't. They send you a gift card and they keep your money. You will pay for the suit twice. Buyer beware."

Horrible quality and even worse Customer Service

"On 12/20/17 I ordered the Chlorine Resistant Riptide Long Bike Shortini Style: #640041XBKSH for $54.60. I wore these shorts ten times and washed six times (following the instructions on the label). While on vacation on 2/3/18 the product had thinned so much that you could see my skin through the shorts. It thinned right in the center of the back so it was embarrassing and I was not able to wear them again. I contacted customer service and was bounced around to six different people and given a bogus link to reply back. The outcome was that they would give me a credit (not a refund) of $11.70. I'll remind you the purchase price was $54.60 so this credit was a complete joke. I told them I wouldn't accept that low of a refund, I'd write an honest review and never purchase from them again if they didn't give me a full credit. Obviously they didn't care and I was told, "We're sorry if the solution we provided was not to your expectations, but we're not able to extend a better offer. " A complete waste of my time and a joke of customer service."

Beware of deceptive refund policy

"Followed the instructions to exchange 2 suit tops and reordered 2 more in a different size. They charged my card for the 2 reordered tops & issued an e-gift certificate for the original 2 which I clearly labeled as exchange. Called customer service who refuses to apply this new gift certificate to the 2nd order. Now I’m out $58.80 since I will never order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!!"

I'm giving them 1 star just so I could write this review that I promised the customer service representative !!! I

"I ordered a new bathing suit on February 3, 2018 and paid extra for rush shipping. Invoice said GUARANTEED delivery by February 8th. Well, February 8th came and went and no bathing suit. I called customer service Feb 7 and got the same "GUARANTEE" from her and she knew that they had not even mailed my package yet. It will arrive AFTER I leave for Mexico today !!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed and angry that they lied about guaranteed rush delivery! DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIM SUITS FOR ALL, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST MAKING A DOLLAR !!! "

Dishonest in bookkeeping

"Sent me double order. I sent back the second identical order and they issued a gift card number. I moved so I called to get gift card number and they claim they only keep them 90 days and would not reissue. I have been a loyal customer and they have always made mistakes like taking payment out of account twice two different times and it has taken me so much time on phone and then weeks before they straightened it out. Now there just saying to bad even though it was all there mistakes. I’m done and warn everyone about there shady practices, to bad, because I have 5 of there suits but not worth the time or even a sorry would of been nice! Beware with your credit card purchases!"

They do a bait and switch with coupons

"Their customer service is horrid. They have a lower price on the site and when you add a coupon to your order, the price magically goes up so where is the savings. Their customer service did nothing to help. I will not buy from them again. A coupon is a coupon. Dont up the price when I put the coupon in!"

Horrible/ Ripoff/no customer service

"I ordered swimsuits. The package was sent from China and I was like... Oh NOOOOOOOO!!!.( I've had worst experience from ordering online which it came from China and couldn't even return) The swimsuits are supposed to be stretchy.. the worst quality ever and it was a very cheap version of the picture. Worst product ever for $39.99.. I've emailed the customer support for return procedure and haven't heard from them yet. Their website where it says contact us notes the 1800 number is for the existing order and must email the support for other issues. However, their return procedure sections notes to call 1800 number to initiate the return. WT!!!!! I can't return and I can't wear. waste of money. DON'T order from this company. Their product is terrible."
