Both phones got cut off by ATT for being blacklisted/stolen. Swappa gave me no support so I sent one back and hoping to get my money back. "I bought an LG G8 ThinQ phone supposedly brand new. It worked for approximately 700 days, and now literally not one single service provider will tell me my phone is compatible. I went to LG and they told me the phone I had was not new and refurbished. So basically I have a worthless piece of garbage phone now I wasted 250 dollars on that I cannot connect to any service. Lucas Freeman their director of support basically told me I should be pleased with approximately 700 days of service and that I should just push Sprint and T Mobile to somehow tell me my phone is compatible when they have explicitly and repeatedly told me there is nothing that can be done. Swappa's customer support is roud, careless, dishonest, and clearly in support of allowing scams. Stay away at all costs!! There are plenty of other sites to get a good deal for a phone or services that offer great deals with a new plan. I just wish I never wasted my time and money on these scumbags. "

"This is horrible, especially for heavier stuff, as you have to pay more for shipping YOURSELF. I sold my like-new Xbox One X at ~$200; had to pay ~$85 for the cheapest shipping, Paypal fees, and Swappa fee itself. It is ridiculous that you have to pay for Paypal fees, as THEY are partnered with them not US! So basically, I sold my like-new Xbox One X for ~$115. RIP Money. Still, the choice is yours; get ripped or whatever."

"I tried to sell an iPAD on Swappa. It was in excellent condition, kept in a case, with a tempered screen protector and sold with all accessories. They would not allow me to post it. The said there might be a chip on it. I sent them at least 12 photos and responded to every request they had. They stopped responding altogether and didn't post the iPAD. Huge waste of time to use that site plus they ask to link to your PayPal account. AVOID IT."
