"I've spent $3000+ on this website I bought a cheap xbox for like $150 and a bunch of MacBooks yet swappa deleted my account and claims that I charged back on the xbox which did not happen I told them I would provide my bank statements showing I had paid in full for the xbox.They stopped responding. I don't know where they got their information from but it wasn't accurate and its odd they can run a business that way. Not sure why I would charge back a $150 xbox when I spend thousands of dollars on high end computers it makes absolutely 0 sense."

"When Swappa was first developed it was mainly individuals and much easier to find what I was looking for and negotiate to get the best deal. Now it is full of full-time retail vendors and and really difficult to find a device with the box and/or accessories. It has me looking for another platform to buy/sell devices. It's really disappointing. "

There is not really any negotiating, you see an item with an accurate description (every post is approved by Swappa staff) and you pay the set price.
