If it as an "honest" mistake, I still can't recommend a company that sells computer parts but apparently doesn't have an up to date database that can stop taking orders when the stock runs out and doesn't let you know for several days. The advertise a product on sale and even offer for you to checkout through Googlecheckout but when they sell to many, they cancel all the orders and state the item is dicontinued. An update to my rating. Super Warehouse states the monitor is discontinued but when you go to the manufacturers web site, there is no mention of this series monitor being discontinued

However, SuperWarehouse still has the item listed online with the notice: "SOLD OUT. Please bookmark this page and check back with us Monday at 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time." So, why should I check back on Monday if the item is no longer available? This store and situation really reeks.

I bought ordered an ASUS LCD 19inch from http://superwarehouse.com and choose 3-7 days shipping.

I live in San Diego CA 12 miles from them... After 4 days of no response I sent them an email.

The response is
Super Warehouse has cancelled your order. Your credit card was not charged.

The bad bit is that we buy from them or my work did to buy from them. I am not approving another PO so I guess they lost our business due to poor website & poor communication... "

"Terrible company. Ordered a monitor from them through google checkout. Order was approved, credit card was approved, payment went through, all the good stuff. Waited a week, still no tracking information. Then today they e-mail me saying they were out of stock, and the order can't be fulfilled. Could have told me, maybe...a week ago? "I never wrote a review before but was so impressed by the service I got from SuperWarehouse that I felt I should set the record straight. From the first time I contacted them they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I placed my order (for extra memory for my computer) 2 days ago and it arrived already today via standard shipping.

The salesman I spoke to was very efficient, knew his stuff and patiently answered all my questions and followed up with an email almost immediately. I couldn't have asked for better service. Today I received another email asking if my order arrived and if everything was satisfactory.
