"Very dissatisfied! I thought I was buying an upgrade for Adobe. What I got was an email with a worthless serial number that I could not activate. I tried to exchange it for a full version of Adobe. They said it would take 6-8 weeks and they would have to charged me a return fee. A return fee for an EMAIL? On top of that, they charged me shipping and handling for the email.

I will never buy from them again. Make sure and read the detailed specs if you buy from them. I didn't click through to the details page which was a big mistake on my part.

"I ordered laptop computer. Received a confirmation call with the only question "Did I really placed the order?". Item was shipped next day and arrived one day later - not bad for free shipping. This is a good seller if you know exactly what you need."

"SuperWarehouse.com has to be the worst online reseller I have every dealt with. I ordered a Sony AIT tape drive, that their site said was in-stock, on a Monday, and by Wednesday still hadn't received a shipment confirmation. I sent numerous emails (their website says they commit to responding to your email within 1-2 hours) and received no responses to this day. On Thursday, I called them, and they told me that the shipment had gone out and would arrive the next day. Well, it's the next day, and the tracking number they provided me doesn't register at FedEx as anything other than the shipment details have been transmitted; it's not arriving today, and who knows when it will.

The irony is that I forgot to check this site for reviews before ordering from them. I usually order from NewEgg exclusively, but they didn't have the AIT tape drive I needed so I ended up just purchasing from the first vendor that I found that had one in stock.

My experience with this vendor was completely negative, and I still have never received any responses to the numerous emails that I sent them. I would strongly encourage others to seek a different vendor if you are expecting a modern order-fulfillment system or responsive customer support.

[EDIT]: Ok, Fedex finally got some updated tracking information, and it's supposed to arrive on April 8th. So, there you have it: superwarehouse.com told me over the phone that it would arrive today, while FedEx says it will arrive next Tuesday. Still no shipment confirmation email from SuperWarehouse.com, and still no response to any of the emails that I sent to customer service.

"Decent audio/video cables are wildly overpriced, and when my old reliable, NewEgg, didn't have what I wanted (25 feet of brand-name component video cable) at the price I wanted, I Googled for a bit and came on this store selling "Cables To Go" Velocity cable at $25 plus $5 ground shipping.

See that past buyers had some problems with their online store posting that items were in stock when they weren't, I decided to call the order in.

My call was picked up quickly. The sales rep (Don Brunettie) told me they had plenty of the cables in stock, then checked to see what drop-shippers were closest to me (the company is in CA, I'm in NY), picking NJ as the nearest.

I placed the order at 5pm EST, September 5th, and they arrived via Fedex September 7th.

Most of the time I skip over companies with mediocre ResellerRating, but this time I'm happy I took the risk.

"The company representative was not upfront about the 15% restocking fee charged for returned items when I placed a telephone order. Needless to say, I was not happy to learn about this when the item was returned. There are so many options in retailers for purchasing of electronic components, that I will never purchase from Superwarehouse.com again and I would advise others to buy elsewhere."

"Excellent Service

I was one of those who ordered a portable firewire drive at an incredible price only to find that it was a pricing mistake. I thought that my order would be cancelled but much to my surprise I had an email from the CEO explaining that the mistake was theirs and a promise to fulfill my order with a request for a little patience as they sorted the mess out. About two weeks later the drive arrived and has performed like a champ.

This is a company that went well above and beyond their obligations to keep a customer happy and I will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

"Very good customer service- I'll make a point of doing business with them again.

They had an amazing price on a portable hard drive over the weekend, so I bought two. I got an email from them on Monday that the price on the web site was a mistake, but that they would make good on the order since it was their error.

It took a couple of weeks to ship (due to the large volume of orders they got over the weekend), but I'm impressed with their commitment to customer service. In my experience, most web merchants would have canceled everyone's orders for a price mistake like this.

"I ordered a Belkin 16-port gigE switch (F5D5141-16) from Superwarehouse last night. It was listed for $93.99 and clearly marked "In stock." This morning, "Adam" writes me, "Unfortunately the item you ordered is back ordered. Our warehouse is expecting these items around the end of March." That's six weeks! The product is still marked "in stock" this morning. Adam continued, "I would like to suggest contacting our sales team that would be more than happy to help in assisting you find a replacement for this item that is in stock." When I did, the response was "We've got other gigabit switches, but nothing in that price range." Sorry, but this is just fraudulent advertising."

"Avoid this place! I placed an order for a Antec Nine Hundred PC case. It was cheaper than Newegg by about $25 so I did it. The webpage listed the case as in stock. I ordered it on a Monday. By midweek, it still had NOT shipped. When I emailed the company, a woman by the name of Barbara would keep sending me the same form letter over and over which basically just said "your order is still in processsing and should ship soon".

Wow, thanks for all your help!! Thursday, it FINALLY shipped. They never gave explanation of why an order placed on Monday could not ship until Thursday, yet the product was in stock. I won't be ordering from them again!

"Received product in a timely manner. As a mail order company we ordered 12 rolls of Zebra labels for "stock". Upon using the first roll mid-december we discovered that the rolls where not thermal as they should be. Super Warehouse REFUSE to exchange the product due to their 30 days policy. We do not want our money back, this is not a seasonal product and we made no error in ordering. The product is defective and we simply want to exchange it! Their "your satisfaction is our highest priority" on their invoice is just lip service.. nothing to back up such a philosophy.

So unless you order a product that you know you will be able to use right away or test right away, I would never order or trust this company for our supplies. A VERY disappointed customer.

"Item showed in stock. I ordered it for overnight delivery. I called to check the order the next day and was told the item was discontinued, but a 'rep' was able to find one from another source and would sell it to me. The catch? It would cost more money for his efforts...
