"I bought this DVD Burner from them and have sent my Rebate information to these guy twice. I have tried calling them and I am still to receive any response. I don't know when I am going to get my Rebates back. The same is true for the Power strip I bought from them. I bought it considering that it was free after rebates but I am still to receive the rebate.
Very Dissatisfied!!

"didn't get mine and the website has been getting maintenance for a week now, but sayd that it will be down for 15 minutes. No phone calls or emails returned. I had to fax a copy of my CC for the order to go through and I got an email saying that it shipped and I never got anything. I had to call the CC company to cancel payment. FFFFFF--BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The order was promptly delivered and correct. That's when the trouble began. The external hard disk drive enclosure failed in 10 minutes. The online RMA web site feature failed to have my item listed but it is clearly listed on the Invoice. So, after several calls, this company manually issued me an RMA and then someone at the company emailed another RMA number. I mailed the component back for replacement on the first RMA number and haven't heard a thing in over 4 weeks. I emailed them 3 days ago. Their web site is now down. What's up with that? Since I mailed them their Invoice back to them to prove I really ordered the item, I now cannot find my copy of the invoice and have lost the trail about how to a) get my money refunded or b) get a replacement component. For now, I'm out about $30. Is that a good deal? Maybe after the web site comes back up, someone will reply to me."

"Well lets just say I am not impressed, I first ordered from SuperGood Deal in Oct of 2006 I orderd RETAIL BOX INTEL CPU and RETAIL BOX AS ROCK motherboard, The Parts arrivied and the chip was OEM and they sent no FAN! I am a system builder and was not very happy after getting non english speaking female on phone she tells me "me send fan" I reply should have been in retail box, after a threat to inform intel of the issue she next day aired a GENUINE INTEL fan. OK lets get on to the real issue I orderd 2 TWO BIO Cases PMX601-2 Cases two weeks ago and they shipped them one was broken, after live chat they sent me a new one which I received today BROKEN WORSE than the FIRST ONE!!!, To make matters worse I orderd 1 Broadway Com 450 Case yesterday they billed my credit card 2 times identical charges then email me today telling me the case is out of stock.. I decided to read the testimonials and see all the un happy souls out there and decided I must write. They have not credited my card but my credit card company is now aware of the dealings. I will never deal with this company again and they are very lucky that I dont live in California or I would throw these cases through their front window. The quality of the product SUCKS!, The customer service SUCKS! and the SUPER GOOD DEAL SUCKS! I hope they read this and feel good about the aXX f@X!ing they gave me because I have a big one and intend to give it back ten fold. I hope this helps somebody save the headache I now have."

"Ordered your Broadway Com 500W Mid Tower Item #BCC888-KHACW-BK love the look's and style one of the best case built case's i have worked with some of the best top dollar cases on the market and this one beat's them hand's down.
And as far as the Pictures go on the web-site thay don't do it justes look's much better when built and up and running.

"This invoice was for an external dvd-cd burner with a rebate.I sent the rebate submission in about 10-27-06.They verified receiving the rebate form on 11-10-06 Rebate Id #100206SUGB602 Approved on that date.I then waited the reasonable time for processing which was into January and finally found that the check was printed out Check #R50874 on the 17th of January 2007.I tried to contact this store about a week later online to find out how long before I would receive the check with no response .Ihave tried several times to contact them online through February until now with no response.I feel I have been very patient in this matter and now I felt in good conscience to let you know the circumstances and see if I can some kind of satisfaction in this matter.This organization has no free phone service to contact them,which should have given me a signal about their operation.I recently have made two large size purchases online,one with Electronic Express with great service and quick delivery in November and this month my other purchase was with OneCall and again with excellent customer service and ease of contacting both groups by Toll Free phone lines.I don't make it a practice to pass on negative reports about any organization,but this situation was not tolerable.I could even accept a delay in the matter,but no response in all this time is BAD BUSINESS.I don't know if I will receive a response from your group,at least I would hope I would.Hoping that we can get this matter behind us.
