"Horrible! It took OVER a month to get my item and WHEN it arrived IT WAS THE WRONG THING! I wrote them almost three weeks after I placed my order asking why it was taking so long yet never got a response! Now I try to get in touch with them to tell them it os NOT an "authentic" Apple product and the connection is not even correct, theu don't pick up the phone or return emails! I paid with paypal so I will for sure be disputing this."
"Ordered IPONE charger cords and car charger several weeks ago. Still have not received a package. Called and emailed numerous times with no response. I sent an email asking for a full refund since my package was not sent the next day and all of a sudden they send me a shipping confirmation with a "tracking number" that is fake. This company needs to be reported to Attorney Generals Office. This guy is a scam artist. "I wish I had checked reseller ratings before placing my order. Like everyone else I received an e-mail that the product has shipped with a tracking number. USPS said they had no record of shipment. Of course no one answers the phone and messages left are not returned. Stay away from this guy."

I ordered a Cisco IP to analog phone adapter on 12/16. I received an email on 12/17 which said the unit was shipped. The item never arrived. I live in Maryland. It should only take 4 or 5 days max by USPS to get here. I waited until the week between Christmas and new years before attempting to contact our friend Kevin. I sent a number of emails and left voice mail but never received a response. I contacted my credit card and began the process of disputing the charge.
Today, January 7th I recieve a package with eBay labeling from someone in Utah and inside is an old, beat up, scratches and marked Cisco IP to analog phone adapter, like the one I ordered from Kevin. Just the adapter, no power supply, no instructions, no nothing. Is this his attempt to satisfy my order? Is he f-ing kidding??? Even better, the eBay label was printed on Jan. 2, two weeks after I received the email saying the item was shipped. Needless to say, I called back my credit card company and updated them on the situation. Wow, what a scam suppergooddeals is. I hope someone shuts this a**hole down!"

I've filed a complaint w/paypal after calling the phone number listed on their web site every day for 2 weeks. I never received an email for my order, my account shows "not on file" & no replies from emailing the address on the site. "
"I ordered supposedly an "authentic" iPad 12w charger from this place and it was shipped and received quickly. However, in less than one hour the unit stopped charging and got so hot I thought it was going to catch fire. The unit had a very strong electrical burning smell. I sent many emails and made nunerous calls with no response. The website indicates at the top of the page to call anytime, BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER! After seeing all the bad reviews it is a shame this place cannot be shut down. It cost me $3.65 to return the $11.95 unit and I still have no refund after 2 weeks.

No race net, no refund. I have filed a complaint with PayPal. We'll see what happens. T returned the charger without tracking so I'm guessing I am out $13.95. This guy is a crook!"
