"Bought several USB lightning cables for my iPhones and iPads. One arrived DOA, contaced seller and required me to send it back, I had to pay for shipping, in order to get a replacement. It was a $3 cable, that seemed ridiculous. Just had another cable completely stop working on me. My iPhones and Ipads don't even detect it which is worse than getting the "not an authorized message" prompt.

Will not buy from again, will pay more for products that work when they arrive and don't break after 30 days.

"Bought a charge cord for my iphoine. Waited 4 weeks and after some complaining the cord arrives but would not work on my phone even though they adverstised it to be Apple compliant. They wanted me to send the wire back at my expense so they could send me another one upon receipt likely 6 more weeks. I just chalked the money up to experience. Leave this company alone......garbage IMHO!!"

"Placed order over 2 weeks ago . Emailed them. They stated I needed to wait another 10 days and if I didn't receive package they would send another. I asked for refund because I didn't want to wait No response. Never will order again or recommend . Horrible company. "

"I had a similar experience as others with this site. They advertised next day shipping. I received my package 16 days after ordering.
Also, the iPhone 5 charger that I ordered said it was MFI certified. Nope. Doesn't charge my phone.
But the gloves I ordered for $1 seem OK. We'll see if my son's hands break out in hives!

"Absolute worst online company I have ever dealt with ! Sent product to me that did not function. I paid to ship it back to them. It's been 6 wks, still waiting for refund ! One thing I will say is the do respond to calls and emails however they have yet to process my refund. Just a bunch of excuses why it's taking so long. I do not recommend nor will I ever purchase from them again !!"

They sold me a Nikon D700 -- representing to me that it was NEW -- I began to have some problems with it -- and sent it into Nikon for repairs -- Nikon verified that this was refurbished camera -- not a NEW one --!!

"So this is a long story but I do not recomend using this site at all and at one point thought this is a scam site. My wife ordered a cannon rebel camera package through this company and had the same problems as some of the other poeple I have read. The item was on backorder for about a month, but we did not recieve any notification about this until we called to try to cancel our order. The sales rep assured us they had it and was going to get it sent and actually upsold my wife a new package with and extra lens and camera case. We got the camera in finally and my wife decided she did not like it, later it turned out that she did not know some of the features the camera had and liked it then. When I called to return the Item I was told there was a 10% restocking fee and that they did not cover return shipping. I shipped it back and later called saying we wanted it backand the rep said it was not a problem they would just refuse the package. 2 weeks later we finally get the package back but its missing items. I called the rep, who supposedly knew me without taking any order numbers or info from me and when I told him about the missing items he informed me that there was no way they opened the package since it was refused, when it clearly was, and that they do not play games like that and he did not know what I was trying to pull. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor and when I asked if there was anyone else in the company I could talk to that was over him he told me no. So in one call I was insulted, basically accused of being a thief or trying to scam them out of a camera lense and bag, and denied a form of customer service. I have been in the retail business for over 10 years and have had my fair share of complaints but I have never heard of or seen this level pf disregard for the customer since this site. This all seems fishy to me and I don't see how who apparently since he has no boss is the CEO or owner of the company is answering the phones and taking orders. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that no one else orders from this company again, as I know I will not."

"These guys are bandits. I have purchased from them and was not satisfied.
Now, for 6 months I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe from their e-mails.
Last thing I did was call them. When I asked kindly if I could be removed from the mailing list, they hung up.

Not a company to trust at all.

"It's been over a month now since I order a Canon GL2 Exsential Package from SuperGoodDeal.com and the camera is not even available. The customer service has been very poor and vague. When I call to inquire about my order, I get one excuse after the other. The tell me it's expected to be in stock on a certain date. It wasn't. I called again, and I am told, it's due in any day now. What's even more deceptive is when I call a speak to a sales rep and ask about the camera I have on backorder (as if I am a new customer) he tells me that it is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Call customer service, and no such luck. Maybe he just doesn't know his inventory. Maybe it's a flat out lie, as he tries to up sell me other items. The advertisement did get me to call in and ask about the items I ordered.

The bottom line is I recommend that you avoid this company and buy elsewhere where they are more honest. Fortunately, they did not charge my credit card in advance.
