"I ordered a cable for my iPhone 6. It arrived quickly but when I tried to use it, it didn't work. My phone didn't recognize the the cable so I couldn't use it. I called and left 2 messages on his phone asking him to replace the cable. I then sent 3 emails because I didn't get a response. I finally notified Paypal about my complaint. They got the guy to email me and he said he would personally check the replacement cable and send it to me, but he would not refund my money. I said that would be fine and I would be happy to return the defective cable if he would send a return label. That was 2 weeks ago and I sent him a follow up email thru Paypal asking when I should expect the replacement cable. I still haven't heard back from him so I escalated this to a complaint to Paypal and am asking for my money back. This appears to be a very poorly run company. If the items work, great!. But if there is a problem, don't expect any type of customer service or a replacement or repair. I would have been better off emotionally and financially to have bought my cable thru Apple. It would have cost a lot more money, but it would have worked and if there had been a problem it would have been taken care of right away. Save yourself the frustration and anger and avoid this vendor. You are gambling with you money and the qualify of the product. "

Just like everyone I ordered a 12 watt wall charger for my IPad2.
Item was received and plugged my IPad to it and woke up with the smell of something burning. Checked it out and the charger was extremely hot, black on one end and smell horrible. Tried calling multiple times but nobody ever picked up the phone. I then emailed and got a reply from Kevin (I believe he's the owner). He told me to send it back and he will send me a replacement and that he would test it personally. Emailed them the charger and added a tracking number. The item was received but they never sent the replacement. Tried emailing them but all communications stopped. Fortunately for me my Amex refunded my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!"

"Got a 6ft Apple MFi Certified 8 pin Lightning Charging Cable from Super Good Deal.com - stopped working in 60 days. Barely in the amount of time I got it up and running. Complete waste of $5.00. The connectors are just cheaply made. Contacted the customer after 60 days - Got a response that they want me to send Bad cable to them in the mail, they will verify & then send me new cable. Much more waste in shipping costs. I asked the customer rep if they could send me a cable - and if 2nd cable worked, I'd be happy to send defective cable to them. At that point - No response whatsoever - Radio Silence after 2-3 messages. All I can do is TOFTT. Beware!"

After a couple of weeks of not receiving the item I called and emailed to ask for a refund, never to hear from them.
