The second box arrived and every single shelf in it was beat up, dinged and missing chunks. Haven't had time to deal with it yet but hopefully customer service can do something about it. "I ordered a 72 cap hat stand, when it arrived the box was almost completely torn open on one end and the bottom of the rack was exposed and coming out, there was no protective material around the rack it was just in a plastic bag. There was a small dent and scratches on the bottom of the stand where it was coming out of the box. If this is how all of your shipments are packaged I will never order anything from your company again."
