"I am giving this review 2 stars, as I ordered on 12/22 and it shipped 12/27, so I was expecting the order to be delivered before or right after the New Year. 2 of the packages have been lost in transit, the other was damaged and will supposedly be sent back to the warehouse. I spoke with customer service, was informed I would get a refund on the damaged item and the other packages will be watched.
I know this is not the warehouses fault by any means but maybe they could switch to a better delivery service. I have an event tonight and now don't have enough clothing racks. So, as customer support was great I still don't have my order, therefore I can only leave 2 stars."

The bottom road has a play in it and it was not steady as compare to top road.how tight top road fitted bottom road was not and it was keep coming out of the lock while rotating. I suggest there should be pin lock on the bottom also to stop it from shaking or it should fit tight as the top part."
