"I ordered 3 baskets for my vendor grid stand. When I opened my box there was the wrong product. It was a shelf that did not fit with the grid stand. I contacted customer service ( on a Sunday) and they got back with me right away telling me the correct order would be shipped and I could keep the wrong order. I was very impressed how they handled it and I will continue to order products from this company. The grid wall and baskets are great for my outdoor vendor display.
