"I bought this product to display a lightweight hanging garment bag that we were giving away as swag at an investor meeting. From the first time I put it together it wobbled and I couldn't get the pole to tighten up to the base. It kept getting worse every time we had to move it, by the end of the day we just decided that it wasn't worth bring it back to our office so we left it to be thrown away. I admit that it was a cheap price and in this case we got what we paid for."

I understand that the estimated date was not a guarantee, but with something like a large glass display case the estimate should be close. I had staffed for 3 days around the estimated date to ensure that we could unload it. The case showed up a week early with no warning."

"When I received the corner shelving the box was damaged and partially opened. I took pictures before opening it. Once opened everything was fine. The box had one strip of packing taping running lengthwise over the opening of the box. It wasn't taped securely at all. I was lucky the shelving didn't fall out, as the tape was pulled away from half of the box.

Also, I had ordered the shelves two weeks prior and didn't receive them. When I called the company I was told there was a problem with my card and the order didn't go through. That made no sense as I got a confirmation email that I had placed the order....nothing was mentioned about an issue with my card. I checked on-line and the purchase hadn't gone onto my card so I repurchased it over the phone. I'm glad I called as I needed the shelves for an upcoming show. "
