"I cannot come up with a single complaint about this company. I ordered two large tv carts from them. I called them to ask about purchasing for a tax exempt organization and they happy removed tax from our order within minutes from the time I emailed them our certificate.

I'm most impressed with how they handled a shipping carrier damaged part, however. After alerting them to the damaged part, they overnighted us a new part free of charge. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue, so I emailed them back and within a few days an entire new tv cart arrived at my doorstep.

I called them three times, and each time they answered the phone immediately. I highly recommend this company."

"The item arrived severely damaged, I emailed them several times call them several times and when I didn't hear back that day, I contacted the credit card company to charge back the amount.

When they finally got back to me the next day they asked if I charged the amount back. my email back was that I did to preserve my rights and I wanted to know what they were going to do to rectify the situation.

Their next email was that they weren't going to do anything because I charged back the amount.

This is a lousy company, I recommend everyone stay far far away from them."

"Wish I read these negative reviews before I made the mistake of doing business with this company. They stock nothing. They take orders and send them to the manufacturer for shipping. Customer Service just argues they are right. If this company has ANYTHING you want to buy do it somewhere else. It will be the same price of less and you won't have to deal with incomitance or worse. "I purchased a Ceiling mount for $~350. After installing it, I learned that the pole that came with the mount recommended to me cannot be adjusted up or down. When I contacted this vendor, they suggested that I spend even more money to buy an adjustable column. Additionally, I would have to buy a separate component for cable management for this new adjustable column. When I asked if I could return the item, I was told that any item that is put into service cannot be returned.

This vendor claims they are "experts" but my experience says that they are a bunch of clowns who are interested only in ripping customers off.

A very expensive lesson learned to never waste my money with this vendor again.

"I ordered several items from this company. All the items were listed in stock. I waited a week and finally I get en email telling me that one of the items was on back order 2 months - that's not what I call instock. I received my item this morning and only one item was in the box. I called and spoke to Edwin who was rude and condescending. I finally just contacted my credit card company to contest the charges and highly recommend that no one purchase from this company!"

"The stand I purchased was not big enough to hold modern-sized monitors.
It was shipped back totally un-used and packaged safely.
I had to ship back at my expense and they said they would subtract an additional 20%.
The provided a "RMA" number for my return.

I e-mailed and called numerous times. They kept saying some guy named "chief" had to review my return.

After 45 days of no action or repsponse form Standandmounts I was forced to contact Paypal to get a refund less my shipping expense and their 20% "restocking" fee.

BEWARE! This is obviously a dinky poorly run operation that takes your money and will keep it regardless
of your return. Whoever "chief" is I'd say from my experience he's the chief of BS."

Edwin, was able to custo ize my order of a VTI R406 Audio stand by exchanging pole lengths to yield increase shelf heights. He responded to my many inquiries immediately, supplied the dimensions of the adjusted unit which was great help. The VTI R406 is a quality audio stand and i reviewed the unit on their web site. Thanks again to Edwin for delightful and frankly very refreshing attenti e customer service for a realtively small order. Oh, the product was packaged well and delivered EARLY !!! "

"The lift cabinet arrived on time and was packed well. We ordered the component shelf to go with the lift for a sound bar. The component shelf is the only area for improvement. After unpacking, the brackets were slightly bent causing the shelf to tilt and slope forward. We bent the shelf baskets straight. I would recommend stronger brackets and 4 shelf mounts for a more stable shelf.

The lift is quiet and the cabinet is handsome."
