The rack I purchased exactly fits my needs because it is a) sturdy enough to handle the 90 lbs of the amp and b) an open design that allows free movement of air. "I ordered the item in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. The item was due to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. I was notified of a change in the expected shipping date. That date came and went with no notification. Stands and Mounts contacted me asking if I had received it. I called and let them know we didn't. They followed up and we had it in 3 days. Good customer service."
"The audio rack I ordered came with bright yellow boards that looked nothing like the picture online. I called to notify, and rather than return the rack, I suggested a swap for the black boards. The customer service person told me I had to pay for return shipping and I had to ship the boards I received, before They would ship out the black boards. This leaves me without a rack for at least a week or longer.
I rarely write reviews and have found most online companies want to resolve issues, but not this one. This left me frustrated and determined to never purchase another item from this company.
