"Super fast shipping, excellent product! I ordered multiple audio racks and a TV stand with frosted glass shelves. It looks awesome. While you have to assemble the racks, the instructions were great and all the parts fit perfectly. I highly recommend Stands and Mounts. "

Worst customer service

"I called them today for a TV stand and tried to ask the rep questions. He was completely obnoxious and I told him I got other information from the actual manufacturer, and he said he knows better and then said "have a good day" and hung up on me. What a joke of a company"

Shabby Return Policy

"I ordered a laundry cart for Xmas for my mother. Parts were missing and the whole piece was just flimsy. I called and explained this all to the guy who answered. He told me to make a list of all the part that were missing. I never heard of that. I asked for a replacement, he told me no or I can pay freight for the the return and the replacement and they would only give me credit on the defective part if they determined it was defective. Normally I would have gone ahead but he was sketchy on the phone like he was going to scam me and try to sell me another one and not issue the credit upon receipt of the defective one. I asked if once he found the part defective, would he credit me the freight to return it and he refused. That's when I knew I was not dealing with an honest company. He told me that was his return policy. I went to his website while on the phone with him and asked him to explain to me where on his website it states they will replace missing parts once I put together a list. Needless to say it does not. It states I can take it to a local repair facility to get it repaired or replaced. Since they do not have a local facility, they should replace it per their website. They are a a fraud and do not follow their own return and sales policies. I am only thankful I was in the hole for $50.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The guy was also a jerk on the phone."

"ordered $2000 worth of tv mounts for a project, didnt need them for about 60 days.. well they didnt work..they wont take them back...15 day return policy is terrible. stuck with them now...

"I ordered an item on 9/21/12. A week after I ordered i had not heard anything at all, but I guess it is my fault i did not see in small print, items ships directly from manufacturer within 2-3 weeks. On 9/27 I was told my item was expected to ship on or before 10/10, it didn't, but on 10/12 the money was taken out of my bank account (and now 10/16) I was told, your item is expected to ship on 10/18. I will never order from this company again "
