"I was disappointed when I tried to use Stamps.com on my desktop *(after loading it to my laptop). It said, in effct, that I could not use both my home computers. bummer. My desktop is always available, whereas my laptop is usually nt at home - where the scale is. I'm sure "you" will help me get by this"

a tad more useful to its prospective users. The ability to put multiple images and captions onto each stamp in addition to the basic picture would definitely help. As I use Zazzle Stamps more frequently, they provide these options whereas Stamps.com

"I recieved through the mail, a promotional program with an installation disk from stamps.com. I was under the impression that I would be able to purchase regular snail mail stamps from this web site. If I were a company doing a lot of shipping,it was a great program {printing my own shipping labels with postage included,etc.} But i just wanted to buy self adhesive stamps without going to the post uffice {I am disabled and find it difficult to get out to the post office}.So it's back to the USPS web site to try and buy my stamps again! "
"THE WORST INTERNET MERCHANT TO DATE
CHARGED ME $90 but never used the service, and immediate email cancellation was not adequate per stamps.com even though they confirmed receipt of the email cancellation with three emails.
Finally cancelled by phone but yet stamps.com refused to erase my credit card number. They sent me 3 emails confirming cancellation but would not cancel the account by email
Absolutely unbelievable
I predict an ultimate demise like other internet merchants based on requiring customers to pay for service even if no service or poor service was ever provided.
Stamps.com needs to take a cue from Apple.com rather than Computer City if they expect long term survival."
