"Expensive $16-35 per month even if you mail NOTHING. Don't think you only pay for postage, you pay postage AND a monthly FEE just for being a member. NOT economical for casual mailers, go directly to USPS web page and register for NO monthly fee, discounted web postage, and front door pickup etc.

To cancel this expensive monthly charge you must call them, wait on hold a long time, get a sales pitch, instead of a simple cancel online.

Scale stopped working after minimal use."

However, after I'd already registered and agreed to try Stamps.com, I was informed by the CSR that those items would not be sent until after the 30 day trial period had ended and only if I continued with Stamps.com beyond the trial period. Despite the language used to describe the promotion, those items would not be included in the "welcome package.""

"I have several friends who have been using Stamps.com and when I saw the e.mail with the offer, I had to give it a try! It was easy for me to get into the ordering screen. The only problem I have is that MOST of the cards I send are through Send Out Cards in Salt Lake City,Utah and they print the card, stuff it, address it,and put on the proper postage, and MAIL it on the date I tell them it should be mailed. That is the part I like! I can go in at one sitting and take care of all my card's at one time. It might not justify the monthly cost but I will see!"

That said I don't use enough to paid the monthly fees as a resident customer. If the rates where $20.00 per 2 years I would sign up and recommend others to do the same.

The customer center is in the U.S. and no Spanish is heard on calling the Stamps.com service center.
The center cuts through "red tape" and will work with you!!!
The USPS free shipping I missed ordered on line and received almost all to fill of my one bedroom apt. USPS Parcel Post picked up to send back after a few days for free."
