"Very handy for small business as opposed to Pitney Bowes or other meter service. There IS a monthly charge $15.99 regardless of use so keep that in mind. My PET PEEVE is that it is SO SLOW to open up and again when you go to print and it checkes your Outlook Address Book (I suppose I could turn that off but then couldn't use the feature)."

I emailed them upon being charged and informed them that I did not sign up for this service and wanted my account closed and a refund issued. They confirmed receipt of my email, but continued to charge me again. I had to spend 52 minutes on the phone talking to two different people and only got two charges removed. Terrible terrible customer service. This place is a scam. I wish I could give zero stars."

"Dishonest and fraudulent. They charge fees without you even knowing about it. I started to sign up and didn't finish because I wasn't interested. Why would you pay for something you can get from USPS.com for free? I canceled out of the signup process without completing it and the next thing I knew I was getting billed for something I NEVER agreed to. I called the company and they refused to remove the charge. I was told that there was nothing they could do. First they charge for something you can get for free, then they provide horrendous customer service. Why would anybody shop there?"

"I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the Post Office. I sent an email the very day I ordered this service telling you that I had made a mistake and that all I wanted was to buy some stamps. "I ordered a sheet of postcard stamps on Feb. 5 and received them on Feb. 9. Sweet! The photo I had printed on each stamp came out crisp, clear, and in color. I could choose from a variety of borders, photo sizes, and colors. I opted for basic black, but you can make your stamps as bright and tacky as you want. Purple text and postage amount? Sure. Lime green border around your photo? Absolutely.

Because they're a little pricey ($16.99 for a sheet of 20 postcard stamps), these stamps are not for everyday use. Use them for something special. Give them as a gift--the recipient will be surprised! I ordered mine as a birthday gift to my sister, and I know she'll love them.

When I order special Christmas card stamps, I'm getting them from stamps.com. It's okay to splurge once in a while on something unique!"
