"I have purchased 3 cameras so far, My mother is 91 years old and lives by herself about 1200 miles from me. I called SCS and they explained that I could set up a wireless wifi system in her house (so I didn't have to run any wires) They are great with shipping, making sure the camera was there at my mothers house the day they said it would. Then all I did was call them to set up the system, and they did all the computer settings for me from a great program that is included free with the camera. When I had to replace my mothers modem I called SCS back and they reset all the modems settings for me, with no charge and a great attitude. I could not be any happier with the company or their Tech support.
The cameras work great and do what is promised.

"Very, very happy with my purchase. Received the camera pen, model DVRP-4GM, in one day, which was great and unexpected. The product is fantastic. Have used it multiple times every day since I got it and have been very impressed with the video quality. This was my biggest concern going in, but I've been completely satisfied with the video resolution, especially when taking video where there's good lighting.

I've noticed three negatives -- though I'm hesitant to call them that since they're not problems with the product but instead issues that necessarily exist with a camera like this: (1) You have to aim carefully or else you'll miss your subject, and with a pen like this it's easy to aim just a bit off; (2) If you're walking or otherwise moving the camera, the video quality suffers; and (3) The quality isn't nearly as good when the lighting is dim.

Despite these three things, I can honestly say that the camera reliably takes better quality video than I expected -- and my expectations were pretty high (this thing isn't cheap). Video is excellent if you're able to hold the camera still and you're in a well-lit place. I always use it with many people right around me and, as far as I can tell, no one has ever suspected anything. If you're in the market for something like this, I definitely recommend this model."

"I am a practicing attorney and feel that I am a pretty sophisticated cyber-buyer. This company is easily one of the finest I have ever come across!

I started by making a single purchase. After arrival, I found that I had a software problem. Their tech support guy, Joel, was not in and I left a message. To my great surprise and delight, he called me back shortly thereafter and then spent an enormous amount of time with me troubleshooting the issue. He was knowledgeable, friendly and actually wanted to help and he was in New York, not across the ocean!

Later, I believed that there was a hardware defect in the item I purchased. Mark, in sales, immediately issued an RMA and sent me out a replacement. It turned out it was my ineptitude and not their product which was defective.

A month or so later, I made another purchase, this time substantially larger. Mark, was patient, helpful and directed me properly without any hidden agenda. The items were shipped out the same day. He also spent a lot of time with me discussing modifications that I was considering. He supplied me with a unique power adapter that was obviously hand made.

So far, it is my impression that the hardware product line is of high quality and worth the price. The camera software leaves a bit to be desired and a third party program is probably preferable. On the other hand, I don’t know of another company that has the breadth and quality they have with their line of products.

I will be making additional purchases and cannot more strongly recommend this company and its personnel. They conduct themselves the way we only wish that most cyber companies would."
