"Excellent processing and shipping, I've received the camera in its original retail box, installed it fairly easy and it's been working for a week now without any issues. I have been able to configure motion detecting and user management, and the night-vision is awesome !
The downside of this camera is that motion detecting is not very accurate, in that for quick movement in and out of the room, it will only send the picture of an empty room, seconds after I left the room. This is my third motion detecting camera that does that and I'm kinda thinking this is the technology limit for cheap security cameras."
"I received my order very quickly. The support was excellent when I required some assistance in setting up the camera. The camera gives a great view and clear picture. Still trying out other features, such as motion detection and low light views at night, but so far it is great. Expect to buy one or two more cameras."

"Well I was looking around for a good spy camera and did a search on yahoo. I found a few stores but the concept of a spy camera/flashlight really intrigued me. Of all the stores the only normal looking and metal ones I found was on spy cameras website plus they actually have footage taken from the product you are looking at. I needed it really fast since I was leaving soon. They said on the website they would send orders the same day if bought before X time. I bought it and had it sent 2 day morning mail. Later that day I had a question and I called them up. I got a real person and they answered my question about my light. I never got an email saying it was shipped but i got an order number. My package was sent out the same day and it got to me in the exact time I needed it too. Great service and I like the video using the products on the website"
"Placed order on Saturday. Processing time was a bit slow as order was not shipped until midweek. Didn't hold this against them as I was shipping to a different location than my billing address. Product arrived and it has remarkably good resolution for a small camcorder. Functions decently even in low light. Instructions are not bad for a Made in China product but good do a little better. As for quality, it's constructed fairly well but for the most part it's just an optic on top of a flash stick. We'll see how it holds up. It's formatted as FAT32 so it has a 2GB file size limit and I am curious whether reformatting to NTFS is possible. Not a big deal as you can always concatenate the files using copy or a video editor. "
