The battery is only supposed to last about 1.3 hours but I have found it lasting almost 3hours. I only wish the indicator lights on it were hidden and that it did not say 8gb on it. "The process of ordering was very easy and even a change mid-stream was no problem for the company. Everything arrived quickly and discreetly. Unfortunately, the documentation on how to operate was complete as far as the camera function, but lacked in how the actual pen operated, ie: how to turn pen to write with (it's not that simple). I originally ordered a camera pen from SCS, which did not work. I then shipped it back (they made me pay for the shipping even though the merchandise they sent me was faulty). They shipped a second pen, which also did not work. I did not want to bother exchanging the second pen for a third, because I assumed it would not work as well, so I asked for a refund. SCS stated that they would not give me a refund because it was past the 48 hours that they require for a refund (that’s right, their policy is 48 hours upon delivery of the item, regardless of whether it works or not).
I then ordered a camera pen from SecuritySystems.com. Very happy with the purchase. It arrived right away, it was very easy to set up, and the picture quality is amazing. Oh yeah, the best part is – it works. I would be very cautious about doing business with SCS – you’re going to waste your money if you do.
