"in addition to prior review, and just to be fair..... this company did refund my money after receiving the returned faulty piece of equipment. However, after paying 25 dollars for expedited shipping, I had to again pay to return the item. I asked for them to expedite shipping on a replacement as I needed the equipment for an upcoming case. They only said "no" when I asked for one day delivery and did not offer anything else until after posting my original review. I was extremely unsatisfied with their customer service and lack of coming up with a satisfactory resolution for this problem. It was only after posting my original review that someone called and asked if there was something they could do.... needless to say, I had to order from another company and again pay expedited shipping for another spy camera. Maybe the person I talked to that day was new., I do not know, Maybe this was a one time mess up on their part, again, I do not know. What I do know is my experience with them was not up to my standards of conducting business. One thing that could and would have made this whole ordeal a non-issue would have been QUALITY CONTROL ! A simple check to make sure an item is in working order before shipping it to a customer who spent hundreds of dollars plus expedited shipping charges only to receive a faulty piece of equipment. I wish everyone else who may order from SCS better luck than I had. Hopefully they will take my review as constructive criticism and work out the glitches for future orders. They had great shipping time and worked with me to expedite the original order (at my expense) and their prices were not bad assuming the equipment works as advertised. AS for their mention of my original return phrase, I was extremely MAD after spending hundreds of dollars on a piece of equipment + another $25 for shipping only to receive faulty equipment. My original post showed my emotions on the subject and may have been a tad excessive, I only hope no one else experiences this as I did. Best of luck !"

Joel was very knowledgeable and ensured me it would be compatible with the Zoneminder software. I had already tried to buy a camera from a different place and returned it because it wasn't compatible and the tech support wasn't good.
