"Utterly shameful company - 1 hour of my time spent at the store in Brent cross today trying to make a simple exchange of an item.
I knew before this is it at this company was unlike almost any other in the UK and open the operated a 'weve got it, we keep it' policy with reference to any money that the customer is spending. This means that it is one of the only companies in the UK that will under almost no circumstances give you your money back and do very little other than offer a small sign at the till saying we only take exchanges.
I was told in the store that the manager had to authorise the exchange and as soon as I bought my alternative items I had to wait 10 minutes at the till 1 nobody even interested in serving. Finally we got to the exchange and when I provided feedback about how appalling it is that it's taken me 40 minutes to do the exchange the staff look totally unaffected and unsurprised and disinterested. The overwhelming impression was that this happen every day and customers in doing an exchange must be at the bottom of the list. Serving customers in general seem to be a very low priority. All customers in the store were making serious complaint about wasting time and no staff in the store were even interested in replying to any questions post to them about the unacceptable service. I have come across outrageous media articles about this organisation and how it is run, and it seems to be fully proven in store. I've wasted almost an hour of my time without compensation doing a single exchange of an item, I should have taken 10-minutes. I will avoid this company at all costs in the future and would recommend the same to anybody else do expects even the smallest amount of professional integrity, basic corporate values, service, courtesy and consideration. It is clearly a company focused only on protecting whatever it has acquired from customers at all costs and making it as difficult as possible for customers to have any form of return or exchange.

"Absolutely dreadful! - paid £7.99 for next day delivery and they cancelled all of my order except for a £3 item but they won’t refund any postage costs or send alternative products for the items they cancelled. I wouldn’t have ordered anything if they had said items some were out of stock and I especially don’t appreciate being charged the full £7.99 delivery cost for a £3 item that is no use without the cancelled items.
The customer service agents attitude was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful and impersonal as you can’t actually talk to a person only use a online chat if you can get by the automated robot."

"Never ordering from again. Strongly recommend: STAY AWAY!

Part 1: Made an online purchase of some Lego collectibles that come in their own special and collectible style boxes. Guess how Sports Direct packages your items for the shipping journey? They put them in a non-padded plastic shipping bag. Without padding in the packaging -- my items arrived in a thin plastic bag (easily to be damaged in transit) and all 3 items were damaged. Damaged boxes also lower and impact collector's value. This is shocking they were not put in any sort of box, instead of a plastic bag -- even the plastic bag packaging had holes and rips.

Part 2: Customer services was redundant of submitting the customer service website form about the issue with pictures, and then they reply back with an email to restate my entire concern and provide pictures again via email. They insisted that basically this is normal and I can chose to send it back (at my own shipping cost). Their link they emailed me about "You can find further information regarding online returns by clicking the following link"
does not even work! The vibes: they are not really coordinated or willing to help you, and the response feels like "oh well, not our fault.""

"This company is a scam. I asked 3x to cancel an order before it shipped and they ignore your emails. They then mailed me a completely different pair of shoes and sent male shoes when I ordered female shoes. They’re a rip off! Don’t waste your time or money on this fraud company."

"The main reason to buy the Puma jogger (Product code: 482045) was the 2 zipped pockets as it appears on the description and shown on the product images. However, the received product does not have a 2 zipped pocket.
I’ve contacted the customer service and was advised to return the product, but when I asked about the refund for postage charges, they told It’s on me. In the end, they replaced the product for the same without a zip pocket, and I was informed they closed the matter.
Therefore, this product announcement is a scam; they offer a product, deliver a different one, you pay for the return, they return the same wrong product and close the case.

They tried to rip me off by sending me a cheaper different model of a jacket that I ordered and when sending pictures of this wrong jacket they said that it looks like they would expect (they must know the difference since they sell both of these different versions on their website and they have a very big price difference). They then tell me that the jacket I am looking for no longer is in stock while I can clearly say that they say it is in stock on their website, so they are trying to rip off other people - You! Before this they sent me an order that was cancelled before it was processed, and they tried to make me pay for the shipping. This are the first times I have ever been delivered the wrong item by any store and I have ordered a lot from other companies and never had a problem. Besides this, they have absolutely useless people working in their real life stores that knows and helps with nothing. I hope that this joke of a company goes down for a new much better one. "Ordered online from sports direct almost 3weeks ago. Order the LFC strip for my boys birthday and 2 track suits. After contacting them almost 2weeks later to see where the order was I then received 1 of the items and an email telling me the rest should arrive within 7 days, it's been almost 10 days and no parcel and no reply to my email. If the items where not in stock then I should of been informed as its now days away from my sons birthday and no LFC strip! I will never give them my custom again!"
