"I buy all my Slazenger and Everlast branded clothing from Sports Direct. I have spent £380 in the last few weeks and my wardrobe is complete with 2 track suits, 6 fleace hoodies, 6 pair of trackie bottoms, 14 muscle vests, 7 tee shirts, 3 pair of trainers, 7 pair of shorts plus ankle socks and underwear. As you can see for £380 I have bought all the clothes I will need for a long time and I am proud to be wearing Slazender and Everlast brands. I made 4 orders online and all arrived in perfect condition on time with 4 e mail updates as to progress. I had a singe query which was answered quickly by Customer Service."

"I purchased a pair of addidas trainers and addidas slippers from Sports Direct. When they arrived, I realised that while the trainers fit perfectly, the slippers, were far too small. The packaging states that it too is a size 10 like the trainers, but feels like it must be at least 2 or three sizes to small.
After reading the reviews on the Sports Direct website, this was a VERY common complaint. Why would they not provide a warning stating this? Or size accordingly?
They took ages to respond to my emails and will not collect it and want me to post it back to them for a refund.
I told them I was SHIELDING due to Covid-19 and have a serious medical disorder which means I'm on the governments extremely vulnerable list. I can't even go out to do my food shopping but they expect me to go to the post office to return their faulty product....

"Advice guys, not to buy anything from sports direct . Ordered a tennis table on 14/4/20. One months now , didn’t receive anything. When ordered it was told 3-7 days delivery , nothing happened. Not even received an update from the customer service . Contacted them on 28/4 by email ( By the way , there is no phone number to contact) a got a reply that my item is ready for shipping and will be shipped on 2/7 . Nothing happened so far. Sent them over 10 emails from 1 /5 till now , no reply from them. Awful service . I advice anybody that wants to save his money , not to buy anything online from Sports Direct. Buy slightly more expensive than buying it from them . Awful , awful , awful customer service and won’t repeat this expert again with them"
"A friend told me SPORTS DIRECT have good prices on kids trainers,
So I went there and bought 3 pairs for my son. Turns out I have bought one of the pairs size 1 not 2, I drove back to the store to try get correct size. They dont have it in size 2, I already just bought all the trainers he likes so asked for refund of the 1 pair. A COMPANY WIDE NO REFUNDS POLICY. store credit only. needless to say I wont be ever shopping there again and will put a fair bit of effort into advertising their NO REFUNDS POLICY on as many review sites I can find until I'm dead.
I had to spend credit note online and pay £4.99 shipping having previously driven to the store.
whats more when I searched the trainer part number, I realised it was not for the pair I took back, then realised they had overcharged be by £7.00 at the initial purchase from what was on the sale price/shoebox, so in order to rip me off they refunded a different pair.

"False advertising in shop & unclear policy
It feels like this company is always trying to fool the customer. We saw a “2 for 20” offer on track pants but when we tried to buy at this price we were told the tag was human error. The manager said if there was more than one item tagged that way they would honour it. So we found a second pair tagged the same way. The manager then smirked and said “you’ve only found two”. If the majority were tagged that way we would honour it. So sick of this sneaky advertising and then the mortifying experience at the checkout as well as the obvious delight of the manager very publicly denying they are falsely advertising and changing her policy in the space of 5 minutes. Horrible company. Very disrespectful and underhand practices. Will avoid in future."

"Bought a pair of Asics Gel Tactics online UK size 9 and received the product through the post. Tried them on in indoor hall (walking/jogging) only to realise that the product sent to me was actually size 9.5 and not 9 as originally ordered. Spoke to someone via phone who advised to send them back and they would exchange for the correct size. Waited for two weeks, only to have the original pair returned to me, stating that they could not be exchanged as the shoes have been worn. So I am now stuck with the wrong size trainers."
"I ordered a short sleeve Puma Gym top. They sent me a totally different design top which was long sleeve. I raised this with them. They came back to advise I recieved what I ordered and that the style you receive may vary from the image shown. They want me to return the top and pay for postage. "

They have no contact number available, only an online contact form. Been messaging them for 2 weeks with no reply. My suposed courier hermes have also told me they have never even heard of my order and one hadnt even been placed for them to collect.
