"I purchased Word for my Mac that advertised as being compatible with my os. It wasn't. I was directed to use a different installer. Still no joy. A tech guy tried to help remotely and again no joy. He said I needed to back up my mac and update my os. This was far more than I wanted to do for something that should have been relatively simple. As the product on offer was not compatible with my os I asked for a refund. To be told I could not get one. This has been escalated, so watch this space.
