"I have recently purchased Microsoft Access 2019 from "softwarekeep.co.uk" but as yet I have been unable to download it onto my computer. I have received a product access code but all I get when going to do the download is that it cannot find my computer with the name "32 bit or 64 bit ".
I am not at all impressed as I have parted with a lot of money for the software and have nothing to show for it ."
