My laptop had a motherboard repair and all the apps needed re-activating. I had an issue with the product code for an app I purchased from SoftwareKeep in 2021. I emailed support (at 11pm UK time) and the marvelous Emre and Daniel went above and beyond to sucessfully resolve the issue.
