"I needed the products for a clients project so I ordered next day delivery, Approximately $50 extra.
First the order was delayed and did not ship until the day I was supposed to have it.
Next, The order was said to be delivered the next day, but was not delivered to my address.
I called smarthome and the carrier and was simply told it was delivered.
It was NOT.
The carrier was opening an investigation, meanwhile I had to put off my client for another week.
4 Days from the date my package was to arrive I contacted smart home again asking if they could help me.
Finally they agreed to reship the package overnight with signature required.
5 Days from when the package was to arrive originally I received the first package that morning.
Shortly afterwards the other one requiring signature showed up which I refused at that point.
I contacted customer service requesting a refund for the overnight shipping since it took 5 days.
I only received a partial credit on shipping. Still paid second day on it.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the way things turned out.

On top of it customer service suggested I go up and down the street knocking on doors looking for the lost package.
When the package showed up 5 Days later and I let them know I finally received it and returned the other package, which I could have kept and no one would ever have known, they had the audacity to say " One of your neighbors probably had it, That's why we said to search your neighborhood for it"

Completely ridiculous and unbelievable.
