"Bought two of the new intseon motion sensors during the BOGO. They are much smaller and more attractive than the original. Would have been 5-star but the cable needed to run them as plug-in is hard to find and Smarthome didn’t offer a recommendation when purchasing."
"I paid to have shipping arrive in time for my trip to New York City to pick up the package at my hotel. But, the package didn't arrive in time. The package got shipped back, and SmartHome did not refund me my full amount, and because of the exchange on currency, I got dinged an extra 10% fee.
Their president sent out an email to past customers, saying "Things will be different", but it's the same thing.

"SmartHome offered a 50% discount on many home automation (Insteon) items i would have otherwise purchased @ the full retail price. This is the 3rd order i've placed with SmartHome in 4 years - the other 2 orders total ~ $150. I'm usually able to find used Insteon items for sale (eBay) at a lower price, but nothing close to 50% off!! Thank you SmartHome!!"
