"I've purchased at least 3 pair of race skis over the years from SkiEssentials.com and it's always been a pleasure doing business with them. I get great race gear at a great price with great service. Are the top sheets a few years old in some cases? Yup. Do I care? Nope! I had one pair show up with a slight manufacturing issue on the top sheet. They clearly missed the epoxy in a region during manufacturing and the top sheet was de-laminating ever so slightly because of that. I sent a few photos and they immediately shipped me a replacement pair and a return shipping label. Looking forward to purchasing more gear from this shop in the future. "Thank you to the staff at Ski Essentials for the timely response, excellent answers and skier knowledge which help to build confidence in a recent purchase through their online platform. Finding trustworthy, believable customer service in today’s retail environment is a hard task. I am an old school diehard skier and transitioning to new ski technology is a bit daunting. I come from an age of “Short Ski’s **** Always” and trusting the newest technology to hold its own at speed does not come with some apprehension.

"I have purchased two pairs of skis from Skiessentials/Pinnacle. The first pair was via their eBay store and the second was direct through their website. It is my experience with the second purchase that I would like to highlight. The original order I placed was for a pair of demo skis for my daughter. I had some questions regarding the condition of the skis and the timing for when they would be available since they were still at the demo shop being rented. The customer service group promptly responded to each of my queries and kept me informed each time I reached out to them. When the demo pair I ordered was finally available, they reached out to me to let me know that they were not comfortable with the condition the skis and deemed them to be un-sellable. They offered a discount on a new pair of skis and bindings. When all was said and done, the cost of the new set-up was less than $50 more than the demo pair. They worked to get the information needed to mount the bindings and shipped as quickly as possible. We just received the skis and my daughter can't wait to start making turns on them! I'm already shopping for my next pair of skis and I will definitely be ordering them from skiessentials!"
